I wouldn’t recommend this tour at all. After a delayed pickup, we were dropped at s buggy center where we drove about 15 minutes instead of 30. There was also no sand boarding. The dinner was decent, however after it ended at around 19:30, we had to wait till 20:50 for a taxi (which was supposed to be privately booked for us) because there was no one waiting for us. (The driver was driving another group) Terrible organization. I’ve been to similar tours here in Dubai and this was by far the worst.
We have check with driver as well first of all driver wait for you in mall because you cant find parking than guide tooks you for buggy you didn't wait 5 min and than you drive buggy if any problem in that time guide was with you driver was with you can say them or complain and than they give you dune bashing and 20 min photo point. Nuamna guide comes to you two to ask is everthing alright you should tell him if you were facing any problem. Due to sometime busy only limited cars are allowed in desert so on that time they have to evacuate the camp when finishes. And there is sand board in camp side you should ask the staff because some time other guest they took and left on dunes.
Our experience with buggy ride is excellent. Our guide was friendly, punctual amd very kind person. Enjoy the dune bashing, camel ride, sunset photoshop, belly dance, fire show , tanoura dance and buffet dinner all inclusion completely very well.

It was so chaotic that no one helped us and we weren’t able to use the dune buggies. Also we did not get a full refund even tho we went home early because we weren’t able to participate in any of the activities. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Hi our driver picked up on time and when you reached desert you say you want to drop off at hotel due to rush so our guide and driver ask 2 to 3 times but you say we want to go back hotel so we don't force you to do this. But we compulsate and refund your 50% payment 50% we charged because we pay for driver and cam activities so its not refundable if you don't need this so kindly don't booked tour its not our mistake Thank You
Ali great guide! Great person! The buggy experience REALLY REALLY BAD! We paid for 30 minutes and we only rode for 16 minutes. Including having the argue with the buggy rental company’s owner. Make sure you get what you paid for! Show your clock, make sure you get what you signed up for. Ali, and Rallan, our guides, were great, not there fault!

What an amazing wild adventure! My brother and I enjoyed ever second of it. Our tour guy, Javèd was so sweet and took awesome pictures of us. Javèd knew when to leave after the performance. 5 stars to everything

No organization, we had to contact them ourselves to know the time of the meeting, then a first driver contacted us but the next day another driver contacted us telling us that the first had a car breakdown. Then he picked us up with a dangerous drive to the first point to do buggy, there we were left to ourselves and had to ask what buggy was assigned to us, we took a buggy and we did not have protective glasses or helmet which ruined the ride because we had sand in our eyes so impossible to drive. Then we waited 45min and finally the driver came to find us to take us to the second place to make camel but the problem is that he does not know the place so he spent 30 minutes on the phone to find the place. When we got there we made 30 seconds of camel and then the driver told us that we had to pay 150 dirham to watch the show and that otherwise we would have to sit on the ground so we agreed. On the return the driver finally addressed us to ask us to put a good rating and a good opinion on Google... We did several activities on Dubai and this is the only one that was catastrophic we are asking for compensation for this mismanagement and this lost vacation day. Regards
We are sorry to hear but we check with driver all tour was happened happily and smooth just you were asked to pay extra for vip waitress services that was not included in package. And googles right now we not provide due to covid reason just halmet we provide.
Javed, our guide picked us up from the hotel. He was very welcoming, attentive and very professional. We made buggy + camel ride + dinner in the desert animated by different cultural dance shows. We had a great day I recommend this activity.
