Fuji and Hakone Private Tour with English Guide and Photography

We had an amazing experience with Shabeer on our Fuji and Hakone tour. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable throughout the day. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but Shabeer made sure the trip was still memorable by taking us to beautiful spots and creating a great experience for all of us. What we really appreciated was his positive attitude and flexibility — he happily customized the itinerary according to our preferences and never made us feel rushed. His warm nature and professionalism truly made the tour enjoyable despite the weather conditions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and personalized tour experience in Japan!

He was truly excellent and I will recommend him anytime. Ahamed is a star!! Although we started early Mt Fuji was totally covered in the morning. Seeing our disappointment he was quick to suggest a change in our itinerary so that we occupy ourselves whilst waiting. And as he predicted when we got to the view points later we had a awesome abd clear view of the mountain. It was simply spectacular.

The entire experience with this travel company was seamless from start to finish- they were well spoken and attentive - I contacted them on WhatsApp while in South Africa before arriving in Japan. Everything was exceptionally well-organised and tweaked to suit our schedule and our dietary needs (halaal) - Ahmed handled every aspect of the day trip with skill and professionalism, making it feel effortless and stress-free. We had an absolutely outstanding day exploring the Mt. Fuji area with Naz! He picked us up in Yokohama and expertly timed our approach to the mountain to maximize the clearing clouds, despite rain being predicted, we got incredible views thanks to his local knowledge. A few highlights included the eerily quiet Aokigahara Forest and the beautiful Saiko Iyashi-no-Sato Nenba, where we enjoyed local crafts and food. As a couple of seniors, we especially appreciated how Naz tailored the pace to our needs and predicted exactly what we needed throughout the day. While we didn’t book a professional photo package, Naz’s skills as a photographer were a huge bonus; he used our phones to capture wonderful shots of us enjoying the sites. Naz is knowledgeable, pleasant, and highly professional. We cannot recommend him enough!

We had a fantastic time with Ahmed!! He organized all our places around the weather to get maximum viewing on Mt Fuji, even travelling to the other side of it! We booked two days and the other in Hakone was also awesome, as he tried to fit in as much as possible due to the wet weather due on our next day of travel. He took amazing photos and gave us some helpful tips. Highly recommended and disappointed we didn't book another day with him.

We experienced the most welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable guide, Ahmed. Even though the day turned rainy and couldn’t see Mount Fuji, Ahmed re-planned an unforgettable experience around the area, taking us to caves, historic temples, markets and amazing local cuisines. He was patient to ensure to take us everywhere we showed interest. Not to mention his incredible knowledge about the Fuji region and the history of Japan. I cannot recommend Ahmed enough. I plan to come again, and I will surely insist of having him guide us further.
