My ride never appeared at the airport. Icalled the number when we arrived and they said they saw my reference number but never scheduled me a ride. The person on the other end did offer me an immediate refund and I saw it come through very quickly. I was lucky we could get a taxi and we didn't have too far to travel to our hotel from the airport. It actually ended up being cheaper by taxi so not sure what happened on their end but happy it was taken care of so quickly and I ended up saving some money after all .
