We start your culinary journey at Taksim Square. Your guide will introduce the history of modern Istanbul while you enjoy your first authentic street food bites, setting the stage for a night of exploration.

After a short ride on the historic Tünel funicular, we reach Karaköy. We will navigate its trendy streets to sample local flavors from hidden artisanal spots, blending traditional tastes with modern Istanbul vibes.
