Good class with Riccardo would recommend
We met at the restaurant a bit early but the lovely staff sat us down and offered us a welcome drink of prosecco. We then were taken to the cooking room which was air conditioned. Riccardo our teacher and chef was great fun and had all of the jokes! He helped without making you feel stupid and it was amazing all around. The meal at the end and our pasta (compliments to the chef) were beautiful! I’d love to do this again.

It’s was very easy even if you have never made pasta before! Our chef April was an amazing teacher and was very nice. Our waitress Nicoleta was attentive. Had an amazing time!
