- The brand of vehicle used will vary. A maximum of 7 people per booking.The Vehicle will be allocated based on the number of person.
- Children up to 4.99 years of age must be provided with a child safety seat. So please select the infant seat if there is a child from 0 – 4.99 yrs in your booking. No discount for children 5 years and above,children will be charged the same price as adults
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Price is per person, based on 7 adults per car/vehicle

Driver arrived a half an hour prior to our scheduled pick up Without notice. Which would have been wonderful, had we been advised and could have been ready. But unfortunately he had to wait for us. When we booked the time we were told, it takes half an hour. To get to the cruise port in reality it was Over one hour so we were very harried. We finally arrive at the port and the driver. Unloads our luggage at the cruise ship and not at the embarkation building. We had to take our luggage and walk, He did not offer to turn around or drop us at the building. He also never spoke a word to us or engaged in any way.. I asked him a question and he did not respond. Definitely would not recommend this service.

<p>Excellent experience, driver was waiting for us upon arrival in Dubai and we were quickly transferred to our hotel in minivan.</p>

<p>Driver on time. Car was clean and could easily handle our luggage. Got us right where we needed to go. Aware of which documents port authorities would need for us to clear the security check and let us know right away so we could get them ready if we had placed in luggage. Could not have gone more smoothly.</p>

<p>This is totally overpriced. I recommend not wasting your money. It would cost a quarter to half of the price to take a taxi if you are in central Dubai or the airport. The vehicle was nice and the driver was nice. The local tour operator was very accommodating and pleasant. I am not sure how Viator can justify its price on this transfer. The Viator staff were not knowledgeable and offered no information when initially booking.</p>
