This experience with Sandy and Gomez was exceptional from beginning to end. Communication viia WhatsApp was excellent. (If he is meeting you at airport, take the QR code he sends you inside the Greet & Go. They will scan it, contact Sandy, and escort you out to where Sandy and his driver are parked and waiting.) By the way, if you are shopping around for a tour guide, I highly recommend choosing one that has a driver so you can make stops with the guide while the driver waits nearby with the A/C running! Also, parking can be impossible sometimes…especially in Old Town. We walked away feeling like we got a taste of exactly what Dubai is like: the palace, mosques, beach, The Palm, malls, the Burj Khalifa, dates/chocolate shop, gold souk, spices souk, fabrics souk, water taxi, and we bought him lunch at a lovely and authentic restaurant. We talked about government, taxes, royal families, UAE government structure, schools, expats, and more. Just can’t recommend Sandy more!

A perfect tour! Gomez and Sandy sent us prompt information at all times, and set us up with a precise booking in a matter of minutes. From that moment to the moment we met Sandy at the airport in Dubai we felt fully supported and informed. A flawless pre-tour process. Sandy immediately squeezed in a coffee stop for us when he realized how tired some of the 15 people in our group were. All the while he made sure that we see all the highlights at the perfect time - e.g. the Museum of The Future when it was still wonderfully lit up. No corners were ever cut - we saw all the highlights, and then some. Sandy provided interesting, fun, insighftul, and relevant commentary throughout. He answered all our questions wonderfully, and encouraged us to keep being curious and ask whatever comes to mind. Another big big highlight was the visit to the old town, with a splendid short boat ride included! We were so happy to experience the contrast between old and new Dubai. This is the type of short tour that motivates one to come back and dive in even deeper as soon as possible. I cannot recommend it enough.

We booked a tour with Sandy, accompanied by a driver. We had all day to experience "the best of Dubai" prior to our late-night flight. Sandy was excellent. He met us exactly on time as planned at the Dubai airport and was in touch with us vis WhatsApp. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to our preference for how we wanted to see Dubai and in finding a restaurant for lunch which we very much appreciated (our lunch was excellent). We hit the highlights of Dubai and were totally thrilled with Sandy. We feel that we left with a very good introduction of and appreciation for Dubai, its people, economy and culture/society. We echo all of the very positive reviews left by others and would highly recommend booking a tour with Sandy and his team. You won't regret it.

I’m writing this review in behalf of my parents. I booked this layover tour for them as they had about 8 hours of layover in Dubai Airport. They really enjoyed the tour of Dubai even though they only had a short time. They were able to see the historical and the must see places around the city. Sandy was their guide and they only have good words about him. He was very nice and lovely to be with which made their tour more enjoyable! Sandy even updated me when my parents were already with him and when they were dropped back to the airport again. I knew my parents were in safe hands during the tour. He also took great photos of my parents! They are planning to go back to Dubai for a longer period next time as they had such good experience with this tour!

We had a 12-hour layover in Dubai and decided to do a tour with Sandy. He was very organized, giving us exact directions for a pick up and the whole tour.
