Provider canceled our VIP lounge reservations right before the start, gave me an “alternative” of a cheaper option but without adjusting the price. They refused to cancel it through viator side and give me the refund. she called me via WhatsApp and started yelling at me that she offered me an alternative. This was absolutely unacceptable!!! Called Viator and emailed all the communications with the company. Waiting for this to be resolved!
