Dubai Evening Desert Safari Tour with Hotel Transfer & Live BBQ

It was our first time desert safari, we contact with Sahara Tours, they shared information about their options. Picked up from hotel and took back, one staff is with us all day and guide and help about everything. He is so kind and ganerous and helpful also. Aktivities are also amazing and satisfying. It was terrible. They didn’t come to pick us up for the tour. Eventually they came but too late to go to the sunset. They didn’t pay back the costs for the trip.

Awais and Mustafa were great, they picked us up in front of the hotel and brought us back, we toured the desert, rode camels, watched the dubai show, drove a quad bike,and had dinner. it was great

One of the worst experiences. First, they arrived late to pick us up from the hotel. They stopped us at a small market where they wanted us to spend money, buy something for 5-10 minutes. Then they took us to a place where you could rent extras, costing 250 and 150 AED per person. Even if you don’t want it, and no one in the group wanted it, you still wait there for 40 minutes. The list promised taking photos in traditional clothing, sandboarding, but none of that happened because it was already dark. They assigned us someone who is not a guide but has another job and supposedly just helps them. He wanted to charge extra everywhere. The dune drive lasted 2 minutes, and that was the only okay part. Later, he took us to a camp that was packed with people and then asked for an extra 50 AED per a person to sit in the VIP Premium area, saying that in the other section, you’d have to wait in line for food due to the crowds. That was okay, but for example, the price supposedly included shisha (hookah). When we asked for it, he said it was an additional 70 AED, and when we told him it was included in the price, he said it’s only for a 2-minute taste, and then you pass it on to someone else. It got even worse when we mentioned the camel ride that was included. He showed us three small camels marked “free,” where you just sit on it, take a selfie, and the camel takes 3-4 steps, and that’s it. We even paid extra for other camels near those, which took us a little further from the camp, but it was dark, and we couldn’t see or enjoy anything. We spent so much money on extra things that were “included” but ended up paying for everything later. The only good part was the show; I enjoyed it because the performers, especially those with fire, were great. In the end, the driver asked us 3-4 times if he could drop us off somewhere else so we could walk instead of taking us back to the hotel because it was “far” for him. I regret not researching the tours better; don’t take these cheap ones, as they will end up costing you more, and you won’t get anything. At least choose reliable ones that don’t ask for extras later on.

The trip was excelent and the driver and guide gave us a lot of informations. It was very good experience.

Such an amazing experience, the tour guide was amazing. Tour guide made us feel comfortable especially being a family with children. Tour guide was polite and gave us a true Dubai experience. You must book with this guide.
