We had a wonderful time with Nawaz. He picked us from the hotel, gave us a very good ride and excellent BBQ dinner. He later brought us back to the hotel. It was such a nice adventure.

We had an amazing experience on the desert safari in Dubai! Our driver was right on time and made the whole trip so much fun, especially during the sand dune bashing. He even offered to take photos for us which was a lovely touch. Dinner was fantastic with a great selection of delicious food, and the entertainment was really enjoyable, the belly dancing and fire show were definite highlights of the night. The desert quad bikes were okay but not as exciting as we expected. It felt a little overpriced for what it was, as it was basically just driving around and around. Overall though, the safari experience itself was incredible and definitely worth doing while in Dubai!

Please visit Safari Desert if you haven't already! It was a wonderful experience because I went with my family. Our experience was worth millions of dollars in laughter and fun, with outstanding and lasting moments. Dune bashing and Baggy Drive are both worthwhile experiences, as is a camel ride. It is worth the money you would pay, and you will not miss out on anything that was included in the tour. The driver was very knowledgeable and professional and took us on the best dunes ride ever, we had a great time and took a lot of memorable photos. This tour was a big hit with my kids. This safari is highly recommended, and I will definitely try their other tour packages.
I want to thank Nawaz for the transport to the Desert. Nawaz was kind, very friendly and very helpful. Allow me to add that he takes excellent photos. He picked us up in a timely manner and we returned in a timely manner. Upon arrival Nawaz explained to us in full detail about the tour, dinner and shows. If and when I return to Dubai I would consider taking any tours with Nawaz.

Really nice experience and our driver was awesome. The driver picked us up from home and dropped us back after the excursion for an extra 50 AED. The back seat of the SUV is uncomfortable hence the 4 stars instead of 5 stars. When the rough driving starts it's better to be in the front or the middle seats

A one of a kind experience! I experienced a desert tour with the guide Naveed with my wife and 3 year old child, among the sand dunes, sliding on the sandboard, fantastic photos at sunset and finally relaxing with dinner included in the camp and camel ride. The guide was always thoughtful, kind and patient and exuded maximum trust.

The driver and car was ok but on the way back he was constantly on his phone texting. The desert experience was good but I wished I had booked the tour at our hotel using their recommended tour guides. This specific tour trip was a waste of money. The show was below average (a school performance is a hundred times better) the food absolutely terrible! We were constantly badgered into buying extra! We were wondering what we paid for! We could not wait for the night to be over! Book via your hotel if you’re staying at a 5 star one!
Hi Maria, Thanks for your feedback. First of all, I don't know what was promised to you or what you have understood with the tour you booked. I have talked to the guide and investigated the issue. 1. The vehicle is new and spacious. That is more than OK. Driver was on his phone on the way back, this was because you have asked your photos to be sent to you. The least you could have said is thank you. It's not the guide's duty to take your videos or photos on his phone, but did that anyway for the guest to have some memories. A thank you would be more than appreciated! And he was on his phone in the middle of traffic going back to your hotel. He was not using his phone driving. It was during stops in the middle. Again, try to appreciate instead of finding faults. But rest assured that, we have informed the guide to refrain taking photos for guest from their mobile. Guest can take their own if they want some memories of the trip. 2. The show was below average? I hope you read the inclusions before you even hit the add to cart. What entertainment you were expecting? They were authentic shows of Arabic and Egyptian cultures. By the way, schools are for learning not entertainment, I'm surprised that you compared it to school performances. 3. The food is terrible. Well, that's your taste buds but whatever cuisine presented to you, that is what we offer and what is in your tour description. I suggest next time read the full description of the tour before you check out or pay, if you prefer booking to your hotel. By the way, Desert safari tour is the same whichever mode you book. The same kind of cuisine. The same kind of camp and the same entertainment shows. We don't show, kids shows like in schools. If you are a well traveled person, you would know that that every place you visit, it is normal to have people selling things, they are just making a living, you can just be kind and say NO, nothing bad about people selling things, I believe so. Rest assured that our desert safari tour is tailored to people who want to experience the amazing Arabian culture. One that is enjoyed and appreciate by many tourist. Dubai is for tourists who are open to those who appreciate what the pearl of the desert has to offer. Regards

Only provider where we could take our 10 month old daughter. Was no problem with her at all! They could go through anything. Our guide has always taken this into consideration and was excellent! Our 10 year old rode the quaad for the first time! Excursion is highly recommended!

I don’t ever write reviews but I feel compelled to do so after this experience. I’ll start at the beginning. Our driver picked us up 2 hours late and didn’t even introduce himself or say one word to us. He then proceeded to yell at someone on the phone for about 30 minutes while we went out to the dunes and never once told us what we were going to be doing or discuss anything about the trip or local culture. Next we got to the dunes. I had assumed that since the quad bikes were optional there would be other activities for the people that didn’t opt-in to use them. There were not. We had to just sit around and watch the people that were using the quads. To make matters worse the only seating were broken down plastic chairs that snapped as soon as my friend sat down (he’s 140 lbs). After this we took the suv to the outer dunes which was actually pretty cool. Our guide stopped and gave us absolutely no direction. We soon figured out that this was the spot to do the sand boarding. We did this for about 5 minutes before the “guide” started beeping (didn’t even get out the car to talk to us). At this point only half the group had gone and I had to run and talk to one of the other guides to give us the board so my friend could go. Also the falcon was out in this area but you could only take pictures with it if you paid extra (total rip off). Next we went to the area for the camel rides and dinner. Once again our guide gave us no direction at all and we were totally lost as to what to do. We found out that there was a “free camel ride” which was included in our package. Meanwhile the “good” camel ride costs extra and is not included (of course). Our camel ride lasted for approximately 2 minutes where we walked in a circle. Compared to other places we have done this, this was by far the worst camel ride we had and the staff really just made you feel like you were a number and they didn’t care at all. Next was the show. There were about 500 other people all crowded in this little fenced off area outside. As soon as they put food out everyone went crazy and rushed for the food. The food was supposed to be BBQ but ended up being mostly vegetarian Indian food and at the end they gave you two small pieces of “bbq” chicken about the size of a quarter. The show after that was pretty good but our guide tried to make us leave before it even finished. Overall this was one of the worst, most poorly run trips I’ve ever taken. The staff was not friendly and the activities were rushed and not at all geared toward having an enjoyable or unique experience. This is the only trip Ive ever been on where I wanted my money back at the end.

Camp capacity is barely 300 to 350 - on busy days . During june and july its barely half full.
