What an amazing experience. The days were well organized and Sam was the most kind a patient tour guide one could ask for. We hated saying goodbye. Price was good, atmosphere was welcoming. Despite the large new years crowd did not interfere with our time either. Thank you for a wonderful time. They were the best for convenience and hospitality. Highly recommended.

The most fun experience I have ever attended, a professional chauffeur-driven car tour of the desert dunes, before helped us to place the handkerchief as authentic Arabs, reception snacks, belly dance, traditional dances, fire show, Henna tattoo, buffet of varied food and drinks included, chicha, typical costumes, welcome infusions, riding camels (very well cared for and cared for). The best show you can book in Dubai is totally worth it and the photos will be left for souvenir and to post them will be spectacular.

They were just awesome we had several tours with them for the week but I had to choose one for review. Surprise Tourism LLC is just unbelievable with the communication the way they are always on time and the care that they show their clients our tour guide. Sam was amazing. Couldn’t have had a better one than him. I would definitely make sure when I send my clients to Dubai that this is the company that we would use and would definitely request Sam as their guide. We had a blast on this particular excursion. Bippin, our driver and tour director drove with passion and caution. It was truly an exhilarating experience. Also enjoyed our ride with Ferrari, our beautiful camel, the live entertainment such as belly dancing, tempura, and a fire dance. The barbecue dinner was ok.

One of the best experiences I ever had. It was liberating. The driver was interactive and fun. He even played music from my Country and participated in the singing too. Lol. We went to Dubai with 30 people and we went on tours with Sam and he showed us a wonderful experience in Dubai he was very patient with our group and made sure that everyone was safe and very well taking care of he took pictures of our whole group and sent them to us everyday. He was on top of everything he even made sure no one took advantage of us when it was time to shop so we would have understanding of spending our money. If ever in Dubai and you need a tour guide I recommend Sam and his team they were the Best!!!!!!

It was absolutely amazing Sam is THE MAN. I'm convince their is no one better then him. He took care of us from start to finish. Even when we didn't see him we still felt cared for. The sand dunning was great Sam got the best pictures of our group. I enjoyed the Camels a lot and he got some great shots there too.
