The Chillout Lounge is the Middle East’s first ice lounge and is a unique venue complete with ice sculptures and ice seating and sub-zero temperatures! On arrival you’ll be given thermal clothing to help keep you warm in the chilly temperatures. You’ll get a hooded parka, woolen gloves, and shoes and socks, if required. Spend a few minutes in the buffer zone area, at 5 degrees Celsius, to give your body time to adjust to the really low temperature in the main Chillout Lounge. Experience the unique technological innovation in refrigeration, lighting, and architecture on your 1-hour visit. From an architectural point of view, Chillout Lounge is an intriguing combination of ice, glass, and steel.

We spent 5 minutes at this venue. The lounge did not look as if it would be in business for long. The lounge was one room with worn carpet, broken sculptures or sculptures in progress along with nicer sculptures. The promised shish kabobs were not available. Cake was being substituted. The place looked like it was intended for children's birthday parties. As we were leaving, our hot chocolate was given to us. We are requesting that our money be refunded as this event's description was misleading at best. We spent a lot of money to Uber to and from this venue for a non-experience.
My family and I loved this most different experience in Dubai. The team was so professional and genuinely nice. I recommend this experience to anyone - you will have a blast
