This was such a wonderful tour! I booked this tour for me and my 10year old daughter. This was an experience that she will remember for her entire life. Arhum was a wonder guide. He took us on an exciting adventure through the desert with his comfortable and air conditioned SUV. We then went on a camel, which of course was my daughter a favorite. After we had a delicious dinner and watched some really amazing performers. The henna artist was excellent as well! Thank you Arhum for your kindness and bringing us home to our hotel. He did not have to do that for us since we did not elect to have that service but he was kind and caring enough to do so! There are many desert tours to choose from but I am so very happy I chose this one!

Our guides Haris, Rashy and one more were very nice. Sand boarding was fun, but the slope should’ve been longer. Definitely enjoyed.

In all ways an awesome experience. Since Im from Sweden, just to go out in a desert was exotic. In the desert we did many cool things such as camelriding and a buffet dinner with entertainment. A belly dancer, a fire breather and a dancer did performances. It also felt like it was genuine middle eastern. Actually most of the guests where from Middle Eastern countries.

Positif Point The guide is amazing we love the guy(sorry idk how to write his name) The attractions and the vien in desert is amazing. The price is fare Food and drinks is OK Negative Point The toillet isn't proper To find the car is a little bit confused And isn't good or bad but you need be patient to wait the car to do the tour in the dunes. Otherwise, was excellent. We loved it.

as described. dune bashing (which is not really fun), show, food, 1 minute camel ride (with of course trial by them to upgrade to longer ride with extra money). The food was not bad. The show - belly dancer - one song only, and few more things. it is not wow, but for the price i paid ($32 per person) it was worth it.

It was a very disappointing experience. We were told we'd have dune bikes with extra charge, however, there were no bikes to be seen on the camp. The dune bashing was very mediocre and not as enjoyable as expected. The sandboarding is said to be "included" however it was completely broken and not useable at all. The shows weren't up to the mark either, the belly dancing wasn't as good as in other visited safaris and the food was pretty mediocre too.

We appreciated our tour and the driver Imran helped us with everything including take our photos. We also appreciated the camel ride, the shoes and the dinner buffet. I recommend this tour.

I had a fantastic time. My friends and I had planned to do all of the activities in Dubai, and this was one of them. We knew we were in for a treat the instant we arrived at the campsite, which was lavishly decorated with an excellent setup, giving it a total regal air of Dubai, just how I had imagined Dubai since childhood. As soon as the desert safari began, it was an adrenaline rush, loaded with rough dunes and desert all around till your eyes could no longer see. Stunning!! Just incredible!! Dubai Adventures, thank you for making this possible.

I have been on a safari in Jordan and Egypt but this was nothing like them. The worst experience ever... If I could I would give you minus rating. We paid 170 AED/person but we didn't get anything in return. -Horse ride was not included, camel ride was only for 2 min free. -The sand board was broken. -Only a small flower of henna was free. -The dinner was terrible!! We barely ate anything. -The shows were also very boring. The other thing I hated was that the personal came to us ALL THE TIME asking if we wanna purchase something... NOT recommended at all!!!! If I wanna say something positive then our driver was nice and the dune bashing was okay.

If I could give negative stars I would. We travelled from the US (family of 4, 2 kids under 13) to Dubai and decided to go on this “adventure”. Let’s start with the positives: - price was relatively affordable. - clean and decent staff - the sand dunes ride was cool although very very short. - the henna was good (but see upcharge comment) below) That’s where the positives ends. Negatives: - the pick up and drop off is a disaster. We waited each way for about an hour and half (the drivers were shuffling people around, being rude and even during Covid had no regard for safety or masking). They simply were stuffing as many people as they could. All this time, you as a customer just sit and wait. - once we got off the bus there was more waiting (over 25 mins) for the dune ride to come get us. No system or line or any sense of organization. - up charge for everything. Literally from the time you step on the bus everything is extra. Want a camel ride - extra 40 Dhs will get you a longer and better one. Want a table? 50 dhs will get you premium service. Small henna for free and included but want something that resembles a real henna - you guessed it! Up charge!! Ofcourse you can say no and stick to your free stuff but the pressure tactics are awful. - food was quite terrible. Infact my kids barely ate. - shows were simply ok. Nothing to rave about. Over all this would be a strong NO from our family. We would NOT recommend it to any of our friends and family and would caution anyone else who is attracted to this tour.

DO NOT COME HERE. The place is a disaster and the staff is extremely rude. I paid for 90 minutes on the vehicle. They gave me 30. I had to fight with them for 15 minutes to get what I paid for. Awful people.

It was the best Trip we ever had and one Part of this Amazing experiernce was our driver Hussain. First we had your pick up punctual at our hotel, the send us a message that he arrived. Then we picked up other members, another family, at their hotel. Then approximately after one hour ride, we arrived checkpoint where you can do the quad driving, doing some pictures with falcon or just having a short walk. After this short break, we were having the dune bashing jeep safari, great experiernce and our driver Hussain made it to this adventure! He was taking Time for us, doing some pictures of us, explaining everything to us, for example everyrhing with the Sand boarding, what was also a really cool experiernce and I would really like to point out the awesome Dune bashing with Hussain. After this great adventure we had the camel ride with nice pictures and the Desert Camp Dinner BBQ with a great Show. After all this Hussain was bringing us safely back to our Hotel. Thank you for this great afternoon and a big thank you to the driver Hussain, he was making this Trip really special.

Enjoyed a great evening desert safari with my two friends, we have enjoyeda lot, our driver and tour guide shoaib was well informed and guide us throughout the tour. Thanks to the team Dubai Adventures

Booked the VIP package- do not make the same the mistake. One star given only for the service and dinner received at the venue in the evening, however the rest of the trip was a waste of time. Picked up by a driver (who is also the 'tour guide' ) with no communication or customer service skills. The driver was grumpy and constantly talking on his phone throughout the duration of the trip and did not bother interacting or even greeting the passengers in the car. The only time the driver showed any enthusiasm was to promote quad-bike experience due to commission purposes. The Dune ride lasted a total of 8 minutes, much less than advertised. Multiple stops made during the journey to the desert, however again no communication from the driver to explain the reasons for the stops. The whole experience would have been much better if the driver/guide was actually interested in the event and made an effort to create an atmosphere. I would not recommend . I eventually received the Driver's name from the company (Daniyal)- avoid at all costs as the trip will be ruined. disappointed with the service.

Impermeable walk in the desert. Almost a must for anyone coming to Dubai. Very professional, careful and attentive people. It's worth it!

Horrible service. We booked the VIP Safari trip. They called us at 9 am and told us that we will be picked up by 2:45 pm. The driver called us at 2:30 pm and told us that he will be late and he will arrive at 3:30 pm. At 3:30 the driver didn’t arrive and I called the contact center and they told me that the driver will arrive in 5 minutes. We waited for another 40 minutes and I called again, apparently the driver arrived and forgot to pick us up. Instead he picked up another guests and didn’t even call us. Overall we waited 2 hours!!! Waste of time and energy!!! We do not advise at all.
