Desert Safari Dubai with Dune Bashing, Activities and Dinner

My family was very disappointed with this tour. Throughout the activities we received very little guidance from our driver/guide and the situation was very confusing. We spent a significant amount of time standing around waiting. The camel ride and dune bashing was enjoyable, but many of the other activities were at an extra cost, leaving few things to do. The food was good, but we left early because the entertainment was quite dull. Others many find this tour okay, but I personally would not recommend.

As a seasoned travelers, this is hands down the WORST tour that my partner and I have ever been on. Where to begin—placed with a driver for a two hour journey spoke that absolutely no English and frankly was unsafe—frequently made sudden stops including one at a highway round about after failing to see a large truck that made the back row go air born—in seatbelts. My bag ended up hitting me in the head! He blared the music the entire trip and requests to turn it down were unheeded because there was no way to communicate with him. Ultimately, he went on to swerve in and out of traffic erratically and caused me to get car sick before the tour even started. Not to mention the additional hour added to pick up a group over 45 minutes. Thankfully we brought our own water for a two hour journey. Next, we arrived to the desert camp that was very worn down and frankly unsanitary with biting flies everywhere. At least the main guide spoke English. We waited a long time for dinner. What struck me as unfortunate was the staff were eating before the guests who paid for the tour. We got up to go get food once called, and some people were so hangry that they literally pushed me aside why I was getting my utensils to cut ahead. It was poorly organized and mismanaged—at best. Definitely don’t recommend this tour that was a waste of time and money while leaving my partner and I feeling miserable.

Probably the most disappointing part of our time in Dubai. Communication was poor and confusing. We were assigned three different drivers and times the day of. I thought we were getting a private VIP tour but instead we were packed in a car with others to the point there was more people than seat belts. I have a hard time believing this tour is truly #1. It was clearly a money grab. Too many long lines. People were yelling at staff because of the long waits. The VIP experience resulted in a crappy couch and a different food line that was poorly managed. We also paid 80 euros for a bottle of cheap wine. Positives: The sand bashing and dinner (actual food) and fire dancer was the most entertaining. The other performers were awful. Everything else felt staged and didn’t live up to our expectations. There was a camel you could ride in a small circle it seemed very cruel to the animal and not at all authentic as we were lead to believe. Of special mention, our pick up driver, Ali, was terrible. He drive dangerously for the entire trip. Cross crossing traffic at high speeds only to slam on the breaks. We were more stressed on the highway than the sand dunes and I’ve traveled to many countries were the traffic rules were different, Lastly the bathrooms were disgusting dirty facilities, no toilet paper and little soap. Again unless being in a made up desert amusement park with a poorly run company is your thing, skip.

Shahid was very nice to us all day made our trip more fun and easy going really helped as best as he could for us in everything we done. After that all stuff food and services are pathetic, food quality is 100% unhealthy surprised how they hide all from tourism department. Very very bad experience . They serve the food with very cheap manner even we buy vip package . They gave a list these things are free but free things if u got u will feel ashamed by yourself. Only drivers behaviour and services are great others are zero I recommend DONT Plan with this pathetic company. I was ready to launch a complaint against them but because of i leave .

Shahid was very nice to us all day made our trip more fun and easy going really helped as best as he could for us in everything we done. No waiting around really great service. 10/10 would highly recommend

It was one of the best experiences of my life! The safari was amazing, tough and harsh. Hussain, our driver, is a very cool at driving and respectful, he helped us all the way with photos, locations, events, etc. I was full of joy all the way. It's absolutely worth the money, so no need to hesitate, just book it! You will definitely get a 5+ service! One more time, thank you, Hussain, and all the people who take a part in this great adventure! I was really happy to be there 💜

Our guide is Hussain. It was really great experience! We spent the whole day in the desert, riding jeeps and camels, watching shows and eating delicious food. Everything was very comfortable. Our guide is the best of the best, very attentive, funny and polite

Jake is fun and he is gentlemen, respectful and he is always think of our safety since we ride in a private car . We have so much fun, enjoy, we even ride a Camel with my husband and cousins . We watched Belly dancing in the middle of no where which we have snacks dinner and watch a show. I highly recommend Jake as a safest driver And concern person to his customers… Have fun and enjoy while visiting Dubai 😀😊😉

Driving with the suvs in the desert, it was a nice experience, I recommend everyone to do this, taking photos with the camels was also interesting.
