Your private driver will pick you up from your hotel, apartment, cruise port, or airport in Athens. Sit back and enjoy a comfortable drive through the Greek countryside toward the legendary site of Delphi.
Visit the UNESCO-listed Monastery of Hosios Loukas, one of the most important Byzantine monuments in Greece. Built in the 10th century (around 960–1011 AD), the monastery is renowned for its beautiful mosaics, remarkable architecture, and tranquil setting in the mountains of central Greece.
The picturesque mountain village of Arachova, located on the slopes of Mount Parnassus, is known for its traditional stone houses, narrow streets, and alpine charm, Arachova is one of the most famous winter destinations in Greece.
Explore the archaeological site of Delphi, once considered the center of the ancient world. Walk through the sanctuary dedicated to Apollo and admire the ancient theatre, stadium, and impressive monuments surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery.
The Temple of Apollo was the most important monument of the ancient sanctuary of Delphi and the spiritual center of the Greek world. Built in the 4th century BC, the temple stands on the spot where earlier temples once existed. According to ancient tradition, this is where the famous Oracle of Delphi delivered prophecies through the priestess Pythia, influencing kings, city-states, and major decisions across the ancient Mediterranean. Surrounded by the dramatic landscape of Mount Parnassus, the temple remains one of the most iconic landmarks of ancient Greece.
The Delphi Archaeological Museum is one of the most important museums in Greece and houses remarkable treasures discovered at the ancient sanctuary of Delphi. Founded in 1903 and renovated several times since, the museum presents an impressive collection of sculptures, architectural elements, and offerings dedicated to the god Apollo. Among its most famous exhibits are the Charioteer of Delphi, one of the finest bronze statues of ancient Greece, the Sphinx of Naxos, and the frieze of the Siphnian Treasury. A visit to the museum offers a deeper understanding of the history, art, and religious significance of Delphi.
Free time for lunch at a traditional Greek taverna in the village of Delphi, with beautiful views of the valley and surrounding mountains.
Enjoy a short stop in Arachova for coffee and a walk through the charming mountain village before we begin our journey back to Athens.

Iriklos gave us a luxurious (though reasonably priced) ride to the beautiful monastery, which we highly recommend, and on to Delphi and back to Athens. Provided lots of insights along the way, and we felt very pampered as well as informed.
