The Avenue des Champs-Élysées is located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, France and is known for being one of the most glamorous shopping areas in all of Paris (and probably in the world too). With a length of approximately 2 kilometres, this famous avenue runs from Place de la Concorde to the majestic Arc de Triomphe.
One of the world's best-known commemorative monuments! Dating from the 18th century, the construction of The Arc de Triomphe started in 1806 in the time of Napoleon, with the aim to honour the French army. The Arc de Triomphe stands 49.5 m (162 ft) tall, 45 m (150 ft) wide and 22 m (72 ft) deep.
After a thrilling day spent discovering Paris, your guide will escort you back to the Gare du Nord where your departure time is 8.13pm, arriving back in London at 9.39pm.
