  • Each participant must bring valid ID that matches the name on the reservation. Entry cannot be guaranteed without proper identification
  • The audioguide is a digital app for your smartphone. A download link will be sent to you before your visit
  • Late arrivals and no shows will not be refunded
  • We recommend downloading the audio guide in advance, using Wi-Fi. It works offline afterward. Kindly note that it may not work on very old phones or devices not compatible with the app
  • The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps.
