- Late arrivals and no shows will not be refunded
- We recommend downloading the audio guide in advance, using Wi-Fi. It works offline afterward. Kindly note that it may not work on very old phones or devices not compatible with the app
- The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps.
