The Colosseum, also known as the Flavian Amphitheater, is an elliptical amphitheater in Rome, Italy, just east of the Roman Forum. It is the largest ancient amphitheater in the world and a symbol of Rome’s greatness.
The Roman Forum was the center of political, social, and religious life in ancient Rome. Situated in a valley between the Palatine and Capitoline hills, the Forum was the site of public meetings, law courts, elections, and gladiatorial combats. The area was originally a marsh but was drained in the 6th century BCE by the Cloaca Maxima, one of the world's first sewer systems.
The Palatine Hill is the centermost of Rome's seven hills and one of the most ancient parts of the city. It rises 40 meters (131 feet) above the Roman Forum and 51 meters (168 feet) above sea level. The Palatine Hill is considered the birthplace of Rome and was once the residential area for emperors and nobility

The agency s role is useless, the audio commentaries come from an open access application, free and very disappointing. If you want a guided and interesting experience, do not choose this agency.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the last-minute cancellation of our pre-booked Colosseum tour. We had booked this tour months in advance and were very much looking forward to visiting one of the world’s most iconic landmarks. To receive a cancellation notice on such short notice — without any viable alternative or sufficient time to make new arrangements — is simply unacceptable, especially considering the high cost of €200. This experience has completely ruined what was meant to be one of the highlights of our trip. We find it extremely unprofessional to cancel a tour of this significance without offering a proper explanation or compensation. We feel deceived and let down, and we intend to share our experience with others to prevent them from facing the same disappointment.

Terrible experience! Met very nice man who provided good service. Downloaded tickets on iPhone and audio on our phones. Colleseum tickets worked. Audio did not work on any of our 4 phones. Tickets to forum and Paletine Hill would not work and we tried several times. Service provider refused to give us a refund for any amount stating we needed to give them 24 hours notice. Not sure how I would know 24 hours b4 the tour that it didn't work. Be forewarned!!! This is a total rip off with no support from provider. Viator stated they were also not able to help.

Please note that once tickets are used (as in the case of the Colosseum), we are unable to issue refunds. Also, the Palatine Hill and Roman Forum access is included on the same ticket as the Colosseum, and normally it’s not possible for it to stop working unless there was an issue at the entrance or a technical problem on the device. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed of any issues during your visit, which would have allowed us to assist you immediately. Thanks so much to Sam our agent who hooked us up with tickets even though we were delayed with the road closures for the pope funeral. Sam called & ensured we knew how to get there, and then met us directly outside with later tickets so we could still enjoy. It’s quite overwhelming with the amount of people and the heat, and several queues etc so it was lovely to meet Sam who put us right at ease and made sure we were ok. Very impressive and a must see, Highly recommend !!
