- Colosseum tickets are issued in the name of each visitor, so it is essential to provide the FULL NAME of ALL PARTICIPANTS.
- Wear comfortable shoes please.
- All guests are required to go through airport-style security checks. During peak season, the wait time may be a bit more (between 10-25 minutes).
- Please be aware that the audio guide is sent through a link for your smartphone, and you'll need an internet connection and your own headphones to use it.
- Entry to the Colosseum is allowed only at your reserved time and cannot be granted after the scheduled slot. The Roman Forum and Palatine Hill can be visited at any time within 24 hours before or after your Colosseum visit day.
- Every traveler must show a valid passport or ID that matches the name provided during booking.
- The price of this visit covers the ticket fee, tax, website fee, and other associated services like audio guide.
- Glass containers are not permitted inside the Colosseum.
- Please note that your Colosseum visit time may be up to 30 minutes later than your selected time due to ticket availability limitations. However, you will be informed of your exact visit time in advance.

Appalling company. Rude ,unhelpful and unprofessional. Don’t book with these ,the other providers are much more professional and we experienced a seamless experience with another company.
You booked a Colosseum audio-guided visit with us; we sent your tickets and the audio guide as planed and you confirmed; your visit time was on Saturday June 6th, and there was no problem; Generally, the Colosseum tickets have a chance that you can do a part of your visit on the next day of the scheduled time; Most of the people do the complete visit on the scheduled day; you decided to do a part on the next day; The next day (Sunday June 7th) the Colosseum was free to visit due to the first Sunday of the month. so, it is busier than usual; and you stayed in the line more to visit the second part; We have not written in our booking that it is skip-the-line, Never, because all travellers have to follow the line; so, you decided to do the second part of your visit on the next day which was a free day and it took more time to enter and now you are complaining why you have stayed in line more. It is completely out of our scope, because we have explained everything in the information section on the booking area. Sometimes you shall refer to yourself if you have followed all the instruction. Audio guide is not clear.. it's a 45 min informational audio sent by email about the colluseum in general.. it is not a step by step guide as you as are going through the tour by yourself.. don't waste your money on the audio part.
