Simply a memorable experience 🍝🍷✨ We chose this cooking class for a bachelorette party, and it turned into one of the most fun and beautiful moments of the weekend 😂 Amidst laughter, wine, fresh pasta, and a bride who managed to come up with a new recipe every 5 minutes for the carbonara 😂👰♀️ Francesca had infinite patience! We prepared tiramisù, carbonara, and amatriciana, and everything was not only delicious but also super engaging and perfectly organized. A special thanks to our chef Francesca, who is very skilled, friendly, and super engaging, and to Lidia, who quickly arranged and prepared the stations for the next phase without leaving us wanting for anything ✨ For us, they will remain "the 3 Fra" 😄 a truly professional, organized team that is also capable of creating a light and fun atmosphere. It was one of those experiences that truly make you feel inside Rome 🇮🇹
This class was an add to our trip after attending a pre-booked Gelato class. Francesca and Maria were so fun, informative and helpful in the Gelato class that we booked the Pasta class. Absolutely loved the time spent with them learning so much about ingredients and traditional methods of pasta making as well as three different sauces. I can't wait to duplicate the dishes once home! My mother, daughter and me had a great time! We highly recommend their classes and feel that both were a great value. The amount of pasta per person was way more than we could eat and had to ask for small portions since we were eating all three! I just wish we had had the time to take their Pizza making class.
Francesca was fantastic. She was super friendly and gave lots of tips and advice. She’s a great cook too!
Francesca & Maria were excellent teachers! Very knowledgeable, personable & easy to understand. Learned some new tricks. And made amazing pasta!
It was an amazing cooking class. I learned a lot and fot recipes to home. Also the pasta was delicious one of the best that I tasted in Rome.
Best pasta classes we've ever been to. The attention to detail and us is spectacular. Delighted to have lived with Franchesca, he is a super chef and excellent person.
Excellent! Francesca was wonderful! The class was great fun, we learned how to make tiramisu, cheese and pepper, carbonara and amatriciana. Francesca was very patient and very helpful. I recommend it to all of you!
Amazing experience, Francesca is an amazing chef and instructor. Food is excellent and the class is so much fun.
Really delicious food, easy to make, good instruction, great wine, and Francesca is the most wonderful host and educator.
Myself and my partner attended on Sunday the 26th of October 2025, whilst on a city break in the beautiful city of Rome. This class was a present for my partners 30th and it came at a surprise that it was just us in the class - this added such a personal and special feel to the experience. Michela who took us for our class was simply AMAZING! She was so detailed, helpful and informative about the pasta we were making but also the whole of Italys food culture. She answered every question we had and was happy to provide recommendations for places to go before leaving to go back home. We will always recommend friends and family to attend when they visit Rome. We can’t thank Michela enough. Thanks, Bryony & Jamie
