The adventure kicks off with a ferry ride across the River IJ, leading to a scenic route along an old canal, through green parks, and into the Dutch polder landscape. We will pass the beautiful windmill d'Admiraal, one of 5 windmills that you can find in Amsterdam. Take a stop and let the guide tell you the history of this old windmill.
Visit the little village of Zunderdorp and explore a traditional Dutch Village.
Another beautiful village to visit is Ransdorp. See the old city hall and in summertime climb the tower to have a fabulous view over the lowlands.
Cycle over the long Nieuwendammerdijk and see the green wooden houses and the houses of the old captains.
