The guide was very knowledgeable and even though it was a rainy cold night, we really had a great time
A nice, relaxed walk through the lit up streets and Christmas sites of beautiful Rome. Our guide Lara was fun, funny and very accommodating.
This was a terrific walking tour on a cold and intermittently rainy night with our most excellent guide Rebecca. We made sure to grab umbrellas from our hotel and began our tour at the Spanish Steps. Rebecca is a self-proclaimed "history geek" and she was an absolute joy, in spite of the weather. Apparently she guides tours to Pompei and other locales in Italy. We will definitely look to schedule with her upon future trips to Italy!
My husband and I went to the assigned meeting location and our tour guide was not there. We actually attempted to join a different walking group and was told she was with a different company than what our tickets were for. We stayed in the location we were told and enjoyed the scenery and aromas. We received a text from a tour guide stating she was there and was wondering where we were. Her text was 16 minutes past our meeting time. We waited a total of 20 minutes, then decided we could find a couple of things ourselves and did so. I have no idea what happened or if we would be refunded.
You actually called us and were told that your tour had been cancelled two days prior. It's not the guide who did not show up; the tour was cancelled.

This was a perfect experience for our family during our Christmas vacation to Italy! Amber was an excellent guide and a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about Rome, its history, and all the best places to visit. Amber connected quickly with everyone on the tour and was happy to provide information and recommendations.
Bryan was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable! We had fun and saw many places with a great perspective.
We did this tour in 12/20 on the day that we landed in Rome from USA. It was perfect for a great high level over view of the city for your first day. The lights were incredible. Our guide amber was also incredible, she taught us a lot of about the city and was so nice and friendly and helpful with our questions from it being our first day in Rome!
Excellent tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the historical and the familiar. Was a great prep for my next day's adventures.
Fantastic tour! Have your walking shoes on and be ready to move! Yosh was a great guide with more information than I could retain. He was super flexible and showed us some wonderful spaces I never would’ve found on my own. Completely worth it!
