CDG - Euro Disney One Way Private Shuttle Transfer

ISP was excellent in transferring us to and from CDG. Easy to schedule, friendly drivers, and on time!

Pre-trip Communication was great. Our driver was punctual and professional. Made for a quick and easy start to our trip!

Transportation was so simple- it was scheduled and the driver met at the airport just outside of baggage claim. He was very polite and friendly (and handsome!) and we arrived at our hotel quickly (tout suite!) and safely. I would definitely use this service again.

Worst experience ever, Booked weeks in advance, Confirmed with me 2x a few day before and the day before. We reminded them about us catching the train and getting to our eurostar. Driver calls us as we land to say they'll be 30 mins late, no big deal we need to get through security. We come out the other side driver no where to be seen, call and he sayts he needs another 30.. we get a uber and leave, they then call 40 mins later to ask where we are they arrived. I told them we had to get an uber because we needed to catch the train.. they started shouting at me. Worse experience ever after a 9hour over night flight.

Upon arrival, we waited for more than one hour just to be informed that the driver picked the wrong passenger. The owner then transferred us to a different driver who is VERY RUDE! We were travelling with our baby. The driver was so reckless. Not to mention the driver verbally intimidated us by threatening to kick us out of the vehicle in the middle of nowhere between CDG Airport and our hotel destination, while it is obvious we have a baby with us and we just came from a 9-hour international flight—simply because we asked him to stop driving recklessly in a hurry. It was a very uncomfortable ride for us as passengers and a very horrific experience at that. We do NOT recommend Inter Service Prestige nor Viator.

I booked a transfer from CDG to Marne-la-Vallée Chessy (train station at Disney Paris) for four people. Nine days before the transfer I e-mailed Inter-Service to let them know that upon our flight arriving at CDG, we wanted to go immediately to the pharmacy in Terminal 2E to obtain our health passes and I asked that we meet the driver after that. The response was "We informed your driver. You have to call him as soon as you finish at the pharmacy he will then come because it takes between 30-60 minutes." We landed at CDG, cleared customs, and proceeded to the pharmacy. I even texted the driver our status. It does not appear communication between the main office and the driver occurred. The driver called me as we were in line at the pharmacy and said he would meet us at the pharmacy. He proceeded to enter the pharmacy, find us in line, forcefully grab out luggage and say "I'm going to be late, we need to go." I told him we will go as soon as we were done with our health passes. He left the pharmacy to make a phone call. After we got our health passes, everything was great. Drive was fast and professional. A bit disappointed with the initial interaction and forcefulness of the driver.

The service was perfect as usual. I always use Inter Service Prestige for transfers from CDG to the Disney area and back.

We used the service from Cdg to our hotel, our flight was delayed by at 1hr30mins meaning our collection time was passed midnight and the driver was waiting for us outside the exit. Perfect service.

Very professional, on time, no hassle. The ride was longer than I thought it would be. Van had a car seat if needed.
