Difficulty in connecting...

Difficulty in connecting with driver selected by the company. Meeting location within terminal not defined. Also, be certain that English speaking drivers are used if you’re not familiar with French language.

We're sorry to hear about the initial difficulty during pickup. In this case, the driver was waiting outside the terminal and attempted to call, but the number provided was unreachable—possibly due to airplane mode. They were eventually able to connect, and the transfer was completed successfully. The driver does speak English, and we found no issue from our end. Easy Airport Transfer
