I have done this type of activity many times, every time I have a visitor. And it's the first time I've been dissatisfied. There are 3 rows, so if you touch the middle one, you can't see anything, and you get disturbed all the time when you pass (the boat is very small). The show lasted 3 minutes and they do not make it complete as on the other boats. The same guy who does the dance, he's then rationing the food, and not being a free buffet, he builds some awesome lines. And of the little variety that there is, it is easy that you arrive and there is not something, nor is there cutlery to serve the salad, and using the plastic fork it splits and the cubs themselves fall into the salad... a disaster. The included drink - something orange that no one gets to drink - is disgusting and tastes like paracetamol, it is impossible to drink it. They give it to you to order juices or something and it is charged separately 10 AED, they serve it to you without warning that they will charge you (you have to read the ad well to anticipate this). The bathroom is very dirty. And since it's so cheap, you can imagine the kind of people who go... To say the best, the waitress and waiter are nice. But I wouldn't come back for free.

As for the food and hygiene, we take pride in maintaining high standards. Our food quality is usually one of our strongest points, and the washrooms are regularly kept clean. It seems that due to the heavy rush on that day, our team may have missed maintaining those standards, and we sincerely apologize for that. We will make sure this is improved. We truly value your feedback and would like to invite you again to experience our service at its best. As a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to offer one complimentary guest on your next visit. Unfortunately, the experience was not as stated on the offer. Equipment is not like in the photos. Plastic is just thrown over boat. 1. wrong map address...beware 2. Boat photos from inside not as indicated 3. Plastic is simply thrown over boat 4. Power generator running in the boat (exhaust gases) 5. Polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery 6. Instead of 2 hours only 1.5 hours of driving....

Pathetic experience overall. The boat was in very poor condition, the toilet was smelly, and the food quality was the worst. Definitely not worth it.

It was overcrowded and the food was cold and napkins were not provided, and the tour left after 6pm and there was no desert with the meal. The entertainment started after we had left upstairs as it was not comfortable upstairs.

Dear guest, as we discussed with our team they said it was crowded because of the weekend but we have the seating capacity, while arranging the seats guest might feel some crowded but after that everything was very comfortable and about the food they said the food was good and we had all the food mentioned in the food menu including dessert, and we also had napkins everything was very hygienic and our staff was there to serve it.
