Casablanca to Chefchaouen Private Transfer

Provider was unresponsive to messages and calls at desired pickup time. After repeated attempts to make contact, he messaged saying AC was not working in vehicle so they had to “upgrade” to another “brand new” van. Still would not provide an answer when asked for estimated time for pickup. A driver finally came almost 2 hours after scheduled pickup, arrived at our destination much later than anticipated and ended up missing dinner and activity reservations and really cutting down our time planned in Chefchaouen. The driver was friendly and efficient, unfortunately, that does not make up for lack of communication from the provider.

Out flight was delayed but the driver waited for 1.5 hours extra for us. He was very patient and the company also accommodated us for a lunch stop over. Excellent door to door.

First time in Morocco and I will admit I was a bit nervous. Research some transportation to go from Casablanca to Chefchaouen..Casablanca tours came up and I sent them an email. Since day 1, Jamal has been in touch with us. He explained everything and gave us options. I was at ease. Our driver didnt speak much English which was a con but an A+ for effort because we communicated back an forth with translation on our phones and he answered all of our questions. We actually requested Casablanca services the whole trip because we were very happy with the services.
