Be warned, if you are expecting a guided tour of the sites in Casablanca, you will be disappointed. It is literally a van service to the city and drop offs at the Mosque, ocean promenade., etc. And one of the sites, the cathedral, the guard would not even allow us to walk through the front gates. Other than the mosque, no real commentary about the context of the locations. I appreciate the 3 hour drive back and forth, he had to do. The Mosque, and its surrounding, was beautiful and worth visiting. Again, we were dropped off. There is a guide affiliated with the Mosque who walked us through the areas. I might be sensitive OR it could be a cultural thing, but he was rude. Also he was unabashed about asking for tips while in the mosque. I’m not a religious person and I’m for free enterprise. I understand that it’s difficult to make a living but to ask for tips in a holy place, was a little incredulous. The driver brought us to a restaurant, for lunch, that was quadruple the price of a regular restaurant. Of course the pièce de résistance was when their credit card was not working. Remember to always ask if they take the card prior to taking their services. Next time, I’ll review the previous reviews prior to booking this service.
Guide was pleasant. Trip to the mosque was outstanding
It was a good experience, would do it again with Ashad.
We had a fantastic experience with Willy Agency. Our guide was very informative, cheerful, and made the whole journey enjoyable from start to finish. We were picked up directly from our hotel, which made everything very convenient. The drive from Marrakech to Casablanca was incredibly scenic, and the trip was well organized with enough restroom breaks during the journey. Highlights of the trip included visiting the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, spending time at the Casablanca beach, and exploring the old part of the city, which was very interesting and full of character. Everything was comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend Willy Agency to anyone who wants to explore Morocco with a knowledgeable and friendly guide. It truly made our day memorable.👏
The tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. Willie provided great communication as well in addition, he speaks five different languages (English, Spanish, Italian, French, and Arabic).
Willy marrakech best trip Very simoatic guide speaks Italian French Arabic English very well. Easy to visit and very nice mosque
There was not much to see in Casablanca but our guide was able to share with us the history of the region which was enlightening. He showed us more than what was advertised which was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend him for any tours.
Excellent. Highlight of the day was the mosque, which was stunning and the.tour of it was very interesting and informative. Our driver, Yassine, was punctual, helpful, enthusiastic and great fun!
Rashid was knowledgeable and shared more information on the Mosque in Casablanca we visited than the mosque tour guide. He was kind, fun, and a joy to spend the day trip with.
Tour covered what was advertised. Courteous operators. Casablanca is just a big modern city. The Hassan II Mosque cost 140 dirham pp to visit. It is big and it sits next to the sea. The mosque guide was just OK. Not worth the entry fee. The Notre Dame Cathedral has beautiful stained glass but the walls inside are dirty. The Sacred Heart Cathedral has been turned into an event center. Based on what we saw, I would skip Casablanca altogether--(not worth the 6 hrs round-trip drive from Marrakesh. William, the tour operator was informative, but he is a smoker and the cigarette smoke smell stayed on his clothes and hair and one can smell it inside a closed van. Consider this if sensitive to cigarette smoke like I am (got a headache from it).
