Without reservation one of the best airport experiences I have had with family. My sister and I were traveling from Barcelona through Casablanca to Miami. Neither of us had ever been and we were unfamiliar with the culture. The ground support was outstanding. I have mobility challenges and require assistance. The young agent that was assigned to us took us through all the internal exit checkpoints; filed for our transportation vouchers from the airline for overnight stay at an airport hotel; then he waited almost an hour for a shuttle to arrive and take us to the hotel. Simply outstanding support on the ground.

It was easy to communicate with driver and it was easy to find him in airport. I would have given five stars but the whole ride from airport to hotel he was texting and using his iPad to watch fútbol games.

I contacted Jamal over whatsapp and he was very prompt responding. He sent driver to Airport on time who was waiting outside the exit gate of airport. The car was very clean and the ride to our hotel near Hassan 2 mosque was very comfortable. Excellent service provided a very positive experience to start our Morocco trip!!

I booked what was advertised as a “Private” ride, for my flight arriving at 12:25am. My flight was delayed by about 45 mins. I had provided flight number in advance so that my pick up would know in case of such delays. When I landed, it was a no show, so I texted the operator. He said the “shuttle” had already departed and I will have to take a taxi. Being a private ride, I expected them to check flight arrival time and wait. They did issue a refund promptly (hence 2 stars), but you don’t expect to be left high and dry at an airport at 1:35am in the morning!
Flight was delay 10 hours! They were still there !they were waiting without name excellent .great value
