Our tour guide, Marco, was cheerful, knowledgable and very kind. We were the “old” people of the group and he looked after us so kindly. There was so much tasty food offered that we did not eat the rest of the day.(we took the 11am tour)definitely worth the price of admission.
Greta and Bruno were great! The tastings were great the lunch was delicious. Learned about some of the history of the area. Would definitely recommend this tour!
Beautiful market, souvenirs at € 1 equal to those of the shops in the center.Vast assortment of fruits , and fresh vegetables.Various stalls of cold cuts, cheeses, spirits, flowers, spices.Piazzetta surrounded by bars and restaurants a stone's throw from Piazza Navona
Matteo was lovely...my favorite guide of any tour we did while in Rome. Food tour was amazing. Wine with meat and cheese. Roman pizza and beer. Pasta flight with wine for lunch. Followed by tiramisu, espresso, and gelato. One of the very favorite things we did while in Rome. Highly recommend!!
We were transferred to this tour at short notice but Francesca our wonderful guide was so passionate & knowledgeable that we didn’t mind not doing our original, longer tour. The sights and insights into the food, wine and districts was so interesting that the 2.5 hours flew by! Thank you Francesca!
During the day, Campo de' Fiori hosts an open-air market, known for selling fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers and other food products while at night, Campo de' Fiori transforms into a place frequented by locals and tourists. The square is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars and ice cream parlors, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. In the center of the square there is a statue dedicated to Giordano Bruno, a 16th century Italian philosopher and scientist. The statue was erected in the 19th century and is a significant landmark.
Firstly our guide was amazing so full of knowledge, very friendly Francesca didn’t rush us at all answered questions that she was asked. Would certainly recommend this tour for location and value for money
