Guide in Italian, very good, very kind and helpful, Walid el sayed. A kind person and a very prepared guide. Thanks to the organization of Mai Amur we were able to enjoy Cairo at its best without missing anything in one day. We traveled with two small children yet the guide was very patient and kind to them. I recommend this excursion with them, the price is great and in addition it is all included, many charge you a lot and then you also have to pay for the attractions, while with them you do not have to think about anything just to enjoy the holiday! Numbers 1!
Our guide Ali was very friendly and had a lot of information for us. The tour was structured as if we had lived through a journey through time through the dynasties. Definitely recommended 👍
Everything went very well. Magdy, our companion who spoke Italian with us, very helpful, polite and patient. It has always been active for every request we made. I also particularly appreciated the willingness of the agency (we were in contact with Hidy) to solve any questions that might arise in a trip with numerous stages (7 days) and rather articulated. Very satisfying among other things the sunset dinner overlooking the pyramids, from the beautiful roof top of a hotel in the center.

It was wonderful - we had an amazing time with Sayed Amin who was extremely knowledgeable and so enthusiastic about all of the amazing history that we went to see - we were even taught a few useful phrases in hieroglyphics! Sayed was also an amazing photographer!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour it was brilliant.

I can only recommend it. My German-speaking guide had very thorough expertise and was very courteous. He showed me things that I would never have noticed without him. At some point I forgot that German is his mother tongue. He also explained a few things about everyday Egyptian life to me. The driver was very courteous, polite and safe on the road. I would go back anytime!

We booked two day tours - to pyramids and the Egyptian Museum, and to Old Cairo. They were tailor made tours for our group of five. Price was reasonable. Our excellent guide was Ahmed, who gave us very informative accounts of each place. He was very helpful and professional throughout, assisting with purchases, pharmacy visits etc. Mohammed coped with Cairo travel very well. Hoda in the office was very helpful in making arrangements, dealing with everything promptly. Would definitely recommend Sun pyramids, and use again on any future visits.
What an amazing day we had visiting the Giza pyramids, made only better by the ever informative Hader. Who was able to answer any questions we asked and was helpful navigating us around pestering salesmen. 10/10
