Deceptive website. Don't pay in advance

I have booked with them and they do not provide as advertised on the website.: of 45$ published for a group of 6, they make me pay 60$. They also do not reply once they have charged messages either by email or Whatsapp. In addition, I pay $60 and ask $20 more per person to have guide in Spanish when the website chooses the language without supplement. Cancellation is not possible: look with a magnifying glass at the conditions! They charge abuse for doing it.

Wonderful

Sayed Mahmoud gave us a very nice tour. Welcomed us at our place in the morning with water, brought us to the Giza pyramids, and was very informative. He was truly wonderful; he brought us to safe and trustworthy places. Many times we went to shops that showed us how to make carpets or paper which was amazing and there was no pressure to buy. Memphis was also lovely. Car with air conditioner was always readily available so I did not overheat. 5 star. I do recommend.

It was ok

The service is normal, it is no bad but is also no the best. You can do fun in the tour. The guys are friendly but they want to sell you everything from their friends in the shops. They spoke almost all the time in Arabic, which is totally fine but sometimes you have the sensation that they speak about you. In the end was a great day with them but they practically force you to write a good and excellent comment in TripAdvisor in front of them.

Our guide was sayed mohamud. From the beginning he told we can take it relaxed tour no hurry. But he began journey on unimportant places and spent much time on memphis. But giza pyramids were last to visit and it was hot like hell bcoz it was late. We shud have began tour from pyramids. He was rushing ys from pyramids only to taje us to his friends shops.. we could have taken good look. He fidnt even let us go near sphinx or pyramids and took all crappy photos and snapped at us to hurry. Driver was good though
