Pickup Locations & Times
To ensure a seamless pickup, all travelers must provide their Full Hotel Name, Exact Location, and Room Number at least 24 hours before the tour begins. You can provide this during booking or by messaging us. Many hotels in Cairo and Giza have strict security gates. Having your room number allows our driver to verify the pickup with hotel security and contact you through the front desk if you are not in the lobby. Please be ready in the Main Lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Do not wait at the hotel gate or outside, as drivers are often required to park in specific staging areas.

The activity in itself was amazing! Just know that this is an expensive version of the exact same activity you see on booking. Photos dont match. This one is double the price, but have nothing more than the other (i was added to the other group who paid way less than me). Still amazing and worth it! Just book with another vendor since its going to be the same! (They tried to gave me back $30 since i did not have lunch and photo of food and camp did not match, but they did not end up paying in time knowing i was leaving the next weekend.)
