I paid for dinner Excellence! Very nice tour but very expensive for what it is! Meals are good, quantity of a French restaurant, for those who like to eat little, ok! The bathrooms are 3 at the end of the boat, 2 were clogged, the queue was big and mixed man and woman! Do not buy the taxi/uber offered by them on a partner website. The driver is waiting for you somewhere other than the exit! Again, good ride but not worth more than 200 EUR per person!
The staff were friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. And then some. Couldn't ask for more out of these people. It is my new favorite place to host our business meeting.
Very organized, clean and very good service. Quiet walk with a very beautiful view. Impermissible.
Very slow service. The boat was docking back when got our 3rd course. Servicer and manager seem helpless. Not worth the money

Very bad everything, we ordered the excelence menu that is supposed to be the best for 165 euros per person, very bad. Disappointing. Bad Service, very ugly, dirty and damaged facilities. The terrible food. It's a real robbery.
Boat, food, staff and tour were all fantastic. The only negative was the late night entertainment where the music wasn’t great and was performed by a singer reading it off a karaoke machine.
Very Nice event.. Only issue was event was supposed to last as advertised till 2 am due to NYE party. At about 1 am bright lights came on and singer and violinist were seemingly done. felt like a bar at last call. Not the way i wanted to ring in the New Year
A bit overpriced, had to pay for drink prior to event, only one glass of champagne and a half bottle of wine for 5 hours. No sparkling at midnight! To loud music while eating. Food was very good!
Was an OK experience I would say. 3/5 Food was 5/10. If Im paying almost $4500 dollars for a group of 10. I would probably expect a higher quality food and experience. FOOD 1st that starter? Bad 2nd that salad with lobster? Bad Steak and truffle mashed potatoes? 5/10 asked for a “medium” steak, received a well done steak. Dessert? 6/10 EXPERIENCE Performers are 7/10. Not perfect but definitely set the vibe of the whole NYE dinner. THE CRUISE 7/10. It passed thru all the places they said they were gonna pass by but spent the next 2 hours docked. Would probably only gonna do the cruise here next time but not eat.
The violinist was lovely and the dessert was so good. The steak and vegetarian main dishes were ok. The views were absolutely incredible.
