I highly recommend the tour to all licensed government stores. We saw the manufacturing of papyrus paper in all its steps, as well as the manufacturing of aromatic oils. Thanks to our guide Ahmed.
This your wasn’t quite what we expected. We had hoped to be guided through shopping bazaars and informal markets, but we liked the papyrus, perfume factory and the cotton store. We will go back there. Everyone was very nice.
