We wanted to upgrade our ticket but ended up purchasing a totally different package with a help of customer service YUVRAJ. YUVRAJ provided rude answers when we requested clarification as to why he sold us the wrong package when we asked for something different. His answer was simple: This is your problem! You should have asked more questions. Such poor customer service. We need a refund! It is unacceptable to pay 720 AED for 2 tickets, and in the end, we didn’t even use them at all!

The one of best experience diving in my life. Crews are professional and very very very kind. Thanks to my instructor from Philppines and other Master. If u eere used to dive only sea, try this aquariun diving with so many fishes. Thank u so much. 조금 비싸긴하지만 최고의 다이빙 경험이였어요. 저는 스쿠버 자격증도 있고 해서 해 볼만 했는데 전혀 경험이 없거나 물을 무서워하시면 50만원(1인당) 날라갑니다. 예약하면 취소불가능이니 숙고하세요. 그리고 다이빙할때 모든 주의사항은 영어라서 영어로 소통이 가능하셔야 합니다!

I had a terrible experience with Rayna Tours. After paying a significant amount of money for their services, I was left waiting for over two hours at my designated pick-up location. Despite repeated assurances that the situation was being addressed, nothing was done to rectify the delay. The individual responsible for my service was Jay Rajpal (jay.r@raynatours.com). His responses were inadequate and unhelpful, and my entire day was wasted due to their lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against using Rayna Tours. Their service is unreliable, and customer care is severely lacking. Save your time and money and look for a more reputable tour company.

We booked Rayna Tours for the aquaventure waterpark on a private basis. Rayna contacted us regarding details such as timing for pickup and driver’s details. On the tour day, when we were supposed to be picked up from the hotel at 10 am, the driver came at 11 am. When asked about the tickets, the driver had no idea. So, all the way from Jadaf to Jumeira, I was in constant contact with the sales guy from Rayna Tours. Guess what? They hadn’t purchased our tickets and it was at the time i was talking to them that they were trying to buy the tickets online. And guess what? The system had a bug and they couldn’t buy the tickets online. So We reached atlantis at around 11.45 am. My daughter of 3 years old was crying as she was seeing everyone entering and not us. Rayna so innocently told us to buy tickets from the counter and they will refund the amount. In all these hassles, it was already 12.30 whereby we finally entered the park. Now the driver messaged me asking me to come by 3 pm while the tour should have ended at 6 pm with the drop off at our hotel. We agreed to go back from the park at 3.30 and were dropped at our hotel at around 4.30 pm. The next day, we had city tour abu dhabi. We had a driver names Avtar Singh who was punctual and conversant in english. He is the only good thing in rayna tours. I have been refunded the amount after 4 days! I DO NOT RECOMMEND RAYNA TOURS! It is a scammer and irresponsible tour agency. My holidays in Dubai have been a nightmare just because of that tour agency. I have been in dubai in 2018 and had booked Orient Tours and got absolutely no issues with it, they were really professional. Do not go by cheap prices guys, Rayna is just a scam!

The setup is not value for the money you pay. There are no toilets or proper change facilities. For non swimmers there are no guard rails, no gradual decent. In some reviews, it was mentioned that they are good for infants. That is not True!!! Please consider in detail before paying . The reviews may not be true.

So disappointed with this company. We booked the aquaadventure and aquarium with transfers from Rayna. We were told pick up was 10:00. Only to wait for two hours in the hotel lobby waiting for the driver to pick us up. The driver arrived just after 12:00. By this time we did not arrive at the park until 12:30 (opened at 09:15) and the park closed at 6pm. We paid 700 australian dollars for the day only to really have half the day at the waterpark. On complaining this company has taken no responsibility. Would never book with them again.
