Trevor is a foodie but of authentic Greek food and knows the history of what has influenced it. The market he took us to was incredible. I had a wonderful time eating and hearing about the history of Greek food. He gave us some authentic recipes too.
Our guide, Barbara, was GREAT! Very helpful, full of cultural knowledge about the interaction of Greeks and their relationship with food. HOWEVER, the tour indicated a wine, cheese, and deli meat tasting…which we did not receive? That was a disappointment.
Our guide was very knowledgeable! It was one of the best tours we took on our trip! We thoroughly enjoyed walking around Athens and tasting all of the foods.
