Athens Urban Treasure Hunt w Food Stop

My kids had such a good time in the MAGA scavenger hunt with Sofia. We visited sites we would not have seen otherwise and learned some history throughout. My kids, 10 and 14, were very engaged thanks to the game part of the tour and almost forgot about the heat. I highly recommend this tour for kids 10 and above. The food stops were a plus and a nice break and Sofia was a very kind and knowledgeable tour guide.

This was such a fun and different way of exploring Athens. We would have most likely not seen some of the areas we visited on this treasure hunt otherwise. Highly encourage doing it. And it’s not too complicated. Questions are simple. But be ready to walk. We finished the hunt in a little more than 2.5 hours - which meant we walked non-stop for those many hours.

The guides were very nice and kind. We discover Athens in a different way! They are two good snacks during the hunt.

A fun experience! The tour takes you to some places you otherwise might miss out on. Maria was great :) Would have liked a couple of more food stops though.

This is definitely one of the best city tours I had. Very interactive and team building (we had it at our corporate retreat). You can look at Athens at different angles, not typical ones. Moreover to say, we had pit stops to take some national food. It was amazing! The Narratologies team does a really good job. That was fun! Thank you! =)

This was a fantastic way to spend the morning in Athens! We walked and sampled local foods, but mostly we enjoyed that it was self paced. We loved that we learned so much, got to see so many ancient sites, and even saw some amazing street art! We look forward to trying more of these tours!

I went on this scavenger hunt with a few friends and my boyfriend for his birthday. Super fun way to get to know the city. Our guide Maria, was super nice and friendly. She even brought a candle/dessert for my boyfriends birthday. :)

Save Magas was a fun activity for our family! We walked Athens and visited buildings and destinations we would have never seen, but also wove in and out of busy squares and the Plaka. We loved it. The app contains detailed info concerning the places we visited. A few of the clues had us confused, but Natasha had provided her cell to text with questions. We enjoyed some delish and interesting Greek food included in the tour, but this was not a food tour. I suggest placing the app on all devices in your group prior to starting the tour and you need access to data outside of Wifi while on the tour. In hindsight, I would have brought a paper map for perspective, not for navigation. We also went at 6pm when temps were cooler. We concluded near the Agora in the Plaka and stayed for a lovely dinner close by. PS: If your family is not adventurous or not comfortable exploring outside the lines, this particular tour may not be for you. Would recommend to friends. ;)
