Car was fine. Driver was fine. Originally booked for 4:30 am, which was outdise of normal hours so ride cost more $75. Changed booking to 5:30 am, within normal working hours. They would not change price to a more reasonable rate.

As I explained to you in personal, our opening hours are 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. You made a reservation for 4/7/2024 at 4:30 AM and even though it was outside our opening hours, we accepted it to serve you and did not ask you for money as we should have. On 3/7/2024 at 8:32 am, 18 hours before your schedule pick-up, you asked us to change the time of the pick-up at 5:30, which we did not refuse you once again. You asked us about the price, and i told you that you do not need to pay anything since your route is already paid for and I explained to you that there is no difference in the price since we had not asked you for money for your original reservation which was outside our opening hours. I consider your criticism unfair for our business and for the effort we make to offer high standard services. We did not refuse you your original reservation even though it was outside of opening hours, nor the change in the pick-up time even though it was less than 24 hours which is the policy of the platform. From my side, I will inform the platform about your review, which I personally consider to be unfair and insults my efforts to serve you outside of business hours and at no additional cost, as it should be. Driver Nikos was early and waiting outside hotel with car. He was polite and greeted us by name. Gave bottles of water as soon as we were in car. Safe driving!!

Friendly, dependable, reliable. Review of Private Arrival Transfer from Athens Airport To Athens City (Hotels/Apartments) Reviewed today via mobile I used trip advisor to find a reliable taxi service. We were greeted and transferred in a very clean car. Demitry the driver was very friendly and spoke proudly to us of Greece. Niko Stamiris navigated us to where we had to be picked up. Our names were written for identification purposes. A nice experience.

Very proffessional and reliable service. Can only recommend Aten Taxi. Needed a taxi at an "unorthodox" time, in the middle of the night :), and the very polite and friendly dirver came 10 minutes before. After a safe and comfortable ride, I did arrive at the airport for my departure. Was a bit worried as a single person during the booking, but would definitely book again and again
