Pickup Locations & Times
The pickup point is Athens International Airport (ATH). After collecting your luggage, your driver will meet and greet you in the Arrival Hall (A or B), just outside the Customs Area. Look for a sign displaying the lead passenger's name. IMPORTANT NOTE: You will receive 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time at the airport from the scheduled pickup time on your booking. After this period, the transfer will be marked as a no-show.

- Should you carry any additional items such as extra-large suitcases (>100 lt.), strollers, pet carriers, sports equipment, wheelchairs, scooters, musical instruments, boxes, bulky, etc. you should declare one piece of luggage for each one of those items and add a note to the booking describing them. So, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Our drive was at baggage claim waiting for us, took our bags, was friendly, professional, and courteous. Got us to our hotel efficiently and safely. We could have asked for better service. I highly recommend this shuttle service.
Vacation really starts for me when I reach my destination especially after spending 18 hours traveling mostly on planes. I was a bit anxious about connecting to our ride from the Athens airport to our hotel. Right outside baggage claim Nicos was there holding a sign and gave us a warm greeting. He put all the luggage into the van ( so nice after carrying it through airports and security all day) We were lucky to be some of the first to enjoy his new Mercedes van. He answered all our questions and pointed out sights along the way while navigating the narrow alleys and busy streets. Born and raised in Athens Nicos was both professional and personable.
We were picked up at Athens airport by Mr. Nikos. He was a great driver, friendly, and professional. He was sharing some information about the city while heading to our Hotel. Mercedes van was clean.
