Gota was really professional and I had a great photography tour with him! Highly recommend! Gota and I had to wait for each other 30 minutes past tour start time since the company told us different meet up locations and wouldn’t let us communicate with each other directly, and the crowd started to become difficult to take photos. It was affecting both myself and the photographer so it was a shame.
Thank you for your review and for joining the photography tour! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the experience with Gota and appreciated his professionalism. We sincerely apologize for the confusion with the meeting point and the delay—it’s unfortunate that it affected your photo session. Your feedback is very helpful, and we’ll review our communication process to prevent this from happening in the future. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to host you again under smoother circumstances.
