The tour was informative, insightful & inspiring. Our guide, Zafer, is a wonderful, accommodating person. The tour of the ancient city of Ephesus was very interesting. The House of Virgin Mary was moving. We stopped for some traditional Turkish food & beer which tasted fantastic. The stop at a Turkish rug weaver & ceramic shop was eye opening. Purchased items from both businesses at a very fair price. Would recommend this tour to anyone. Read less
Our guide Pinar Sezer-Ulpinar was EXCEPTIONAL!! She provided a thorough tour of all of ruins on our tour, visits to jewelry shops, and a leather store where my wife got to be part of a rode runway show! (Of course we couldn't walk out empty handed!) The leather goods there are amazing; soft and light. Next was a delicious lunch in a beautiful garden nezt to a place where local artisans craft handmade Turkish rugs. I'd also like to add, and thank Pilar and our driver for finding a local phone repair shop for is where they were able to fix my phone in record time while we were on our tour, before we had to head to our cruise ship. If you're looking for an incredible tour, book Pilar! She'll make sure you go home with terrific memories of Kushidasi!
Great tour! Conchita was great! She allowed us to customize/modify the tour along the way as we needed more time or less time in each place. It was truly a private tour. Top 2 tours ever and we have been on many many tours all around the world.
We had an absolutely wonderful Ephesus tour in Kuşadası, Turkey, thanks to our incredible guide, Fuson. She was fantastic from start to finish — warm, friendly, engaging, and truly delightful to spend the day with. Her English was excellent, which made the entire experience easy to follow and enjoyable. She also has a deep knowledge of Turkish culture, history, and the incredible ancient sites we visited. She brought Ephesus to life with fascinating stories, helpful context, and thoughtful explanations that made the tour so much more meaningful. Fuson is not only highly knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind, personable, and professional. We felt very lucky to have her as our guide and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Kuşadası or Ephesus.
Incredible experience; from the very first moment, they picked us up at the port with our name and took us by van to Ephesus, where they explained the entire history. I want to highlight the impeccable work of Diğdem, who has been an excellent and wonderful guide, a ten out of ten person with an incredibly friendly personality. Afterwards, they took us to the house of the Virgin Mary, where we saw and explained everything, then to the Temple of Artemis, where they explained everything perfectly. We stopped for lunch at an excellent Turkish food place, and afterwards we went to a carpet workshop and leather fashion show. To conclude, they drop us off at the port where they picked us up on time. A super comprehensive tour, and above all, the most important thing is that it is with an incredible guide company.
Our family took this tour directly from our cruise ship. Our tour guide, Pinar was right outside the port exit with warm smiles and welcomed us, explained to us what to expect thenmade a short walk to get to our private car. The visit to Ephesus and House of Mary was an unforgettable experience. Pinar is so knowledgeable. We learned a lot from her. She took us to wonderful places and the local Turkish lunch was such a treat. I highly recommend this tour if you only have a day to spend in Kusadasi. One of the best excursion tours I’ve ever had.
Alex was our extremely competent guide and we couldn’t be happier with our tour. Alex kept us a head of the crowds and taught us so much. He checked with us before taking us to the carpet school, assured us we did not have to buy anything. We enjoyed that stop. He also checked to see if we wanted to go to the leather shop. We regretted going there. Unless you specifically need a leather coat, skip it. They follow you around and try to hard sell anything that comes on your path of vision. The purses and assessors were of poor quality but the coats were nice. The vehicle and our driver were also very good. Lunch at the restaurant of the school was tranquil and delicious. I recommend this tour and particularly Alex.
Our guide Gonga and our driver were both amazing! Our excursion was planned perfectly to avoid the crowds! It felt like a private trip throughout!
Wonderful tour. Caters to your pace, they gave us two options, one with a lot of walking and another that was more leisurely. We chose the cultural center for lunch and the food was amazing.
If you’re looking for beautiful rugs this tour takes you to the Granddaddy of them all! The guide, Taz, did an amazing job in Ephesus too!
