I paid in advance for a Benz business car and received a van. Different vehicle and different price but no one seemed to care. It was my 1st time using Viator and this was a terrible impression.

For a specific car model, you should have contacted us to ask about it, or specify in special requirements about a specific car model. We provide different types of cars for the same class.
