Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is available within Dubai except inside the mall. Please note that pickup and drop-off must be from the same location. Pickup and drop-off service is included from any hotel or residential building inside Dubai Central locations: Bur Dubai, Deira, Karama, Oud Metha, Al Qusais, Al Jafliya, Al Rashidya, Al Barsha, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road. Pickup from Sharjah, Ajman, Discovery Garden, Al Furjan Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali Resorts, Expo Village Hotels, Al Maktoum Area Hotels, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, and Dubai Parks hotels and resorts are on a private basis only with no shared transportation options. Pickup is not available from the Hatta area or from locations outside Dubai. Pickup time and location confirmation will be sent to you by email and WhatsApp. Guests must be ready for pickup 45 minutes before tour start time for shared tours.

We had an incredible private tour from Dubai to Fujairah with Akbar, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Akbar’s hospitality and deep knowledge of the region were outstanding. He guided us through all the must-see spots, including the stunning Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Fujairah Fort, and the historic Al Bidya Mosque, sharing fascinating insights at every stop. He was also incredibly flexible, adjusting the itinerary to suit our preferences, which made the day feel perfectly tailored to us. The vehicle was spotless and super comfortable, making the drive relaxing and enjoyable. One of our favorite moments was stopping at Beirut Restaurant in Khor Fakkan—such a hidden gem with delicious food and a beautiful seaside view. We booked a day trip to the Abu Dhabi city tour and everything was very smooth. Our guide Akbar pick up from the hotel on the right time and he was very helpful all day explained us about all the buildings and the history of them, it was really interesting to hear all this.The day trip was amazing ,we had a lot of fun. A fantastic day in Abu Dhabi. I sincerely thank our Guide named Akbar who was our salvation, took us to places we never imagined, explaining the characteristics of each place and telling us their story.
