Pickup Time: Between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM (depending on your hotel location) Pickup Location: Pickup is available from Dubai hotels and residences located in the following areas: Deira Bur Dubai Downtown Dubai Business Bay Sheikh Zayed Road Jumeirah Al Barsha Dubai Marina Palm Jumeirah Outside Pickup Areas: For locations such as Jebel Ali, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai Airport area, or Sharjah, pickup can be arranged at an additional charge or from a central meeting point in Dubai. Meeting Points (if not staying in a hotel): Deira City Center (Main Entrance) Mall of the Emirates (Tourist Bus Parking) Dubai Marina Mall (Main Entrance) Important Notes: Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call before arrival. If you are late or not reachable, the vehicle will move without refund. Return drop-off will be at your original pickup location.

Haroon (driver) is a nice person and with polite behaviour. Me & my wife had taken a private car for 1 day visit to Abu Dhabi. We will prefer to coordinate with him and his team mate for future similar trips to Dubai/Abu Dhabi.

Their family service is broken at once, they cannot provide family service, there is no proper service here for family.

Absolutely loved it. Got picked up by Ameer in the morning, who was very punctual and polite. Ameer helped us to go places in UAE that we didn’t know existed and help us with getting good bargains at shops. My wife was extremely thankful to Ameer for the help he gave with tips on purchasing Abaya. I was also very thankful to Ameer who helped me find a shop that did bespoke men’s ring. Ameer also took us to a restaurant that I had wanted to go to since coming to Dubai and helped with other itineraries on the journey. I can’t thank Ameer enough for the wonderful hospitality and also giving us the tour of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I highly recommend both the company and also Ameer. Aziz
