If you are traveling alone and choose a twin room, we will assign you a same-gender roommate. If you are concerned that sharing a room may affect your rest, we recommend booking a single room in advance.
Each guest is required to pay a €75 City Permit and City Tax (Full price for ≥12 years old; half price for 6-11 years old; free for ≤5 years old). A minimum tip of €10 per day is required for the driver and the guide.From April 3 to July 26, 2026, if you visit Venice Island on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, or on May 6/27/28/29/30 and June 1/2/3/4, in addition to the Venice entrance fee and the island fee of 20 euros, you need to pay an additional 5 euros for the Venice Island ticket fee to the tour guide on site, which will be purchased by the company.
Passport name and number, gender, date of birth and nationality are required for all passengers; please advise at the time of booking

Our company has the right to combine the customers of English and Chinese speaking tour in the same bus if any group has fewer travelers. There will be 1 tour leader on tour who will be able to speak both English and Chinese. They will service the customers in the preferred language (Chinese/English).

For elder who are over 70 years old, they must be accompanied by a family participants and fill in"Senior Participant's Statement" before boarding.
