6 Days Private Morocco Tour from Casablanca to Marrakech

This was an excellent, highly customizable tour. Our personal driver/ guide, Youssef, picked us up directly from the airport in Casablanca for our 6 day tour throughout Morocco that ended in Marrakech. Youssef was a superb driver, and we developed an immediate rapport for the duration of the tour. Whatever your preferences may be, whether it’s sightseeing, shopping, tasting local Moroccan food, experiencing outdoor activities from hiking to camel riding or ATVs or making new friends in Morocco, Youssef will be there to help arrange it for you during the trip (or you can plan it in advance with Mohammed, the owner of Escorted Morocco Tours).

We had an incredible time on this 6 day tour with Hssaine. We loved getting to learn about Moroccan culture, history, religion and architecture by having conversations with him. He is very thoughtful and knowledgable and always encouraged lots of questions which we appreciated. We felt like we learn as much, if not more, from him than we did our other guides at different tours. Hssaine not only showed us the beauty of the country but also the beauty of the Moroccan people. The other tours were great as well and the standout was our tour guide Mohammad in Fes! We absolutely loved every location we got to visit but our highlights remain Chefchaouen and the Merzouga desert. This was truly a trip of a life time. We appreciated how flexible it has been as well and we even learned that the start and end locations can be changed before the trip starts if there are other cities you want to visit instead. After doing a trip with a guide like this, we have vowed to never do future trips without a guide. If you are on the fence about booking this tour, DO IT (and specifically ask for Hssaine because he is absolutely the best)! Trust me you won’t regret it.

We enjoyed our 6 days itinerary very much. It exceeded our expectation with Youssef, our driver and guide. Thank You Youssef, you are awesome! Always puncture and gave us time for sight seeing. Will come back to Morocco for more unique experiences.

Youssef, our college educated Berber guide/driver was fluent in English, knowledgeable of the history of his country and monuments, answered our questions, and was a skilled driver. he also coordinated our experience at a Hammam in Fez (400 MAD/person and totally worth it!) and our timely meetups with the local guides and porters. He also provided us with dining recommendations. Of course, our 1 hr camel ride to our Merzouga desert camp was magical and the camel saddles were comfortable. Singing and dancing at the campfire with the Berber staff was a perfect end to our adventurous day. I highly recommend this tour company!

The country was magnificent and we experienced all the cultures of Morocco. From city life to nomadic life it was very interesting. Our Driver/Guide Said, was excellent. Always prompt, sharing history and getting to our next location in a timely manner. He mad many panoramic view stops and brought us to different scenic locations where we were able to walk on our own and enjoy the scenery. The accomodations were outstanding as were dinners provided by the company. Very pleased with the trip.

We booked a 6 days private tour from Casablanca to Marrakech and customized it into a 9 day private experience. It was incredible. EMT took care of everything, we only had to figure out diner a few nights. The recommendations of our driver and guide, Idir, were always impeccable. He even found us last minutes activities in Fez! I mentioned I loved cookies, he found us the best cookies in town! It was just always above and beyond. Idir was always discrete but very happy to engage into conversations with us. Hotels were very good roads that made us feel like home, comfortable bed, delicious Moroccan breakfasts and traditional decors. The driving was long but did not feel as such with the short stops here and there, for food or even to take pictures of baby camels once. Idir always warned us if we would be expected to pay locals to take pictures, which was really appreciated. We loved every moment of it and highly recommend this tour with EMT. It was outstanding! And we now have a friend in Morocco!🇲🇦

The Experience was wonderful. Hussein was a great tour guide he was very helpful always punctual made our trip so fun. Very knowledgeable about the history of Morroco and speak five languages. All the places he recommends were great. He was also very funny. If you planning a trip to Morroco make sure you pick Hussein as your tour guide you will never regret it. The tour was nothing short of spectacular! It was filled exciting itineraries, checked off everything on my list. All the hotel and riad stays were amazing and comfortable. We had our fave ones but all were pretty good. Our driver Omar was nice, always on time, helpful and friendly. He always made sure we were comfortable and safe, looks after us as we were both female travelers. He surprised us with some flowers on Valentine’s, that was sweet and made my cousin’s birthday special with the surprise birthday cake during our desert camp stay! He was flexible but made sure we wouldn’t miss anything on our itinerary. I love how this whole tour brought us and experienced some cultural activities. We saw and learned not just the fancy and famous but also the real story behind the reels on social media. We met amazing and wonderful hardworking people on Morocco. This trip made me realize how hardworking, culture loving and family oriented Moroccans are. Their love for their culture and their history is something I truly admire. I came here to see what people post on social media but I am leaving with nothing but respect and gratitude for what Morocco truly is made of.

This tour is stuffed full of just about everything you would want to see and do in Morocco. Our guide throughout our time made sure that we got to some incredible places. Youssef was fantastic - he absolutely made the experience special from the moment we got picked up in Casablanca. Each stop (and there are many) came with information about the area and the people. We were provided exceptional local guides in Volubilis, Fez (shout out to Issam!!!), and Marrakech (Mustafa, you’re a delight!), each one providing so much depth and clarity around the places we were visiting. Prepare to bring an extra-big extra bag, because the shopping is out of this world - Youssef is an expert at fitting a ton of luggage in the Prado! Thanks so much for a wonderful adventure!

We had an awesome trip with our driver, Anwar. He was not only an excellent driver, traveling about 1,000 miles and driving through heavy rain and winding mountain roads but knowledgeable, friendly and easy to travel with. This was a jam-packed schedule and, looking back, would have preferred to do this trip over 10 days to give us a little more time In Chefchouan, Fes and Marrakech. We upgraded the accommodations and were blown away by the Tziri Desert camp and the Eden Boutique hotel in Dades Gorge. The tours that were set up for us were great. The guides were enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge of Morocco. We loved learning the history of Morocco and meeting different artisans. Moustafa was very easy to communicate with regarding the accommodations and quick to respond to my questions. We definitely could not have done this trip driving ourselves and prefer not to travel with a group. This was the perfect tour for us.

We had a great time. Our guide and driver Zaid was very friendly and knowledgeable, always attentive that we are well cared for and offering lots of information about each place we visited and about local customs. Every day on time, he made sure we stopped for great views. He also let us try some local foods and gave us great advice. Altogether an excellent experience.

My partner and I booked direct with escorted Morocco tours and it was an amazing trip! We had a wonderful time. It felt like a true private experience which unlike a lot of other tours you end up being with a group. My partner and I got chauffeured around by a wonderful man named Ahmad. We learned a lot from him as he gave us an in-depth knowledge of our surroundings and even helped us learn some Arabic words. Booking with them made everything so much easier as doing things on our own would’ve cost us more money and a lot of time. The whole tour was extremely efficient and being able to see all the sights that only we were interested in was great as it was a truly tailored experience! Mustafa organized the trip for us the way we would like and was extremely honest along with Ahmed our driver making sure we didn’t get taken advantage of by others along the way. If you want someone you can trust and a quality trip with guides that truly care and are passionate with a wealth of knowledge, I would choose them. We truly felt safe and could just relax. It was a true high quality private experience that I had with my partner and I which went perfectly . :)

Our trip was amazing with a fantastic knowledgeable guide Mustapha. He was very patient, friendly, and drove from different regions of Morocco- from coastal to valleys to mountains to deserts. He would communicate our time with us, and we would plan accordingly. He would also make sure that we would eat at vegetarian friendly restaurants since we do not eat meat. The hotel accommodations were excellent throughout our trip! The highlights and the cities that were picked in the itinerary gave us a really good flavor and the culture of the country. The camel ride and the overnight camp in the Merzouga desert was the most memorable part of our trip! They made sure we had vegetarian meals in the camp as well. They gave us a tip to explore Chefchaouen before 11am was helpful to avoid the crowds and take beautiful pictures of the blue city. Overall, this was a fantastic tour!

We had fantastic time with this 6 day tour from Casablanca to Marrakech. All the accommodation provided to us are of good quality. Thele breakfast and dinners included also tasty and delicious .The whole trip gives the glimpse of how Moroccan lives. They are welcoming and happy to share their culture. Our guide Yousef is very informative specially about the life in the desert. We truly enjoyed the travel. The highlight for us is the camel ride in the desert lead but the wonderful young man camel handler Abdul, arriving at night in our camp serve with wonderful meal and finished around the campfire with traditional music played by the staff in the camp. Highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommend an escorted tour of the country - and if you can spend more than 6 days then do so. It’s a beautiful country with lovely mountains and desert. The driver was flexible and so we skipped some of the tour highlights we weren’t interested in, and where time allowed we did other stops/ activities. You can also easily customise your tour in advance (my tip - spend less time in the cities and more time in the mountains/desert)

First, the trip was magical. Yousef, our Berber driver became like a brother. He is college educated and resembled an ambassador for Morocco.

The scenery was amazing, the visit to the desert was spectacular, camel and quad bike trip through the Sahara Desert. Our driver and guide Brahim was exceptional, helped us a lot and was very attentive to us. We highly recommend an unforgettable experience with him.

My husband and I went on the six-day tour. Our guide Youssef was very informative and accommodating. Both Youssef and Mustafa were always quick to respond and available at all times. They were able to modify my schedule when flights changed and helped me navigate food allergies while out. Our accommodations were stunning and very comfortable. Our guides through Fes, the desert and the ruins were also very kind and we enjoyed their company. I always felt safe and very much enjoyed exploring Morocco. We enjoyed our free time, and the only reason I rated four and not five is because I wish we had more time to stay in the desert. I did not expect to fall in love with the desert. The camp was luxurious and it hurt my heart to leave.
