The cruise was good. There was buffet food, which was mediocre, a variety of desserts, and we paid extra for drinks (relatively cheap). The entertainment was well planned and pretty fun. Note that no one points out any landmarks, etc. also perhaps not 5 stars to western standards. We booked via Tripadvisor - viator which sourced to emo tours egypt, our tour guide spoke very basic English. She was also late and was not waiting in the lobby with a signpost, as stated in the booking. Upon arriving at the cruise, she took us in, got us a table, and left. After the ship docked, she greeted us, took a picture of us, then a selfie of herself with us, and I felt she forced us to write a review there and then. The QR code she had didn’t work for me but worked for my husband. He wrote a quick review while she watched — extremely unprofessional. And only then were we able to return to the driver. I genuinely don’t know why two people were needed to escort us to a cruise. I would never recommend doing this — just do it yourself via their official website and get an Uber there. It’s very simple to find, and Ubers are so easy to get. Overall, we enjoyed the actual cruise, but the “guide” was not needed, and unprofessional and spoke basic English
Overall , the experience was great. We were picked up from our hotel on time, the driver and representative were so nice and friendly. The river cruise, music and on board entertainment was fabulous. I would recommend this event it was worth it!!!
The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and the staff were wonderful. There was plenty of entertainment to keep us engaged, and the food was absolutely perfect – we enjoyed every bite. We were seated upstairs, where there was fresh air compared to downstairs, with easy access to the deck.
