We provide pickup for all travelers from locations within Luxor City, including the airport, train station, and hotels situated on the east bank of the Nile. For hotels located on the west bank, an additional fee of USD 10 per person applies

- At the end of the trip, we drop off all travelers at locations within Aswan City, including the airport, train station, and hotels on the east bank of the Nile.
- For bookings of 2 adults and 2 children aged between 2 and 11.99 years, one triple room (with three beds) will be provided.
- If the Hot Air Balloon trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 25 USD per person.
- Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
- Children under the age of 6 years are not allowed for the balloon trip.
