We were picked up to the minute at the appointed time by our driver Kazem. Afterwards we had an informative guided tour with our guide Selvia. She was very friendly, patiently answered our questions and allowed us time to explore the individual spots ourselves. However, it definitely takes more time to see Islamic Cairo/Old Town in addition to Muhammad Ali Mosque, Coptic Quarter and Bazaar Chan el-Chalili.

Kyrllos Eskandar was a very good guide. He even took us to a spice shop where we were able to get some spices and tea. We had such an amazing time. The place we went for lunch was hands down the best!!! My kids have been struggling with the food here, but really enjoyed this option. Kyrllos was extremely knowledgeable and gave us tons of information.

We had an amazing time with Marsil today. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Egypt and the churches and mosques. She also helped us with doing some shopping at the markets. Overall we were extremely pleased with the entire experience. The driver was great as well and safe!

It was a first time private tour experience- unexpected. Very short tour less than 3.5 hrs including visiting a store. We usually don't shopping during the tour. I was sorry for buying nothing when visiting a store. Also very uncomfortable with this trip.
thank you ,tour is 4 hour inlucde pick up and drop off you took 3 hour plus one stop then pick up and drop off so you got 5 hour not 4 hour be hippy and enjoy your vacation
Really nice experience, highly recommended and the spanish guide Ahmed Abdellatif made it a good day. The super recommended Spanish guide, Ahmed took us to the right places to meet and take great photos.

Unfortunately, the service provider didn't show up and we lost some precious time during our last hours in Cairo. I've tried to get in touch by phone call, WhatsApp, and Viator message and no one replied. One hour later the guide started sending messages trying to book for later in the same day. At least they were fast to refund the booking payment and once I stopped replying to them, they apologised for their mistake.
we already mention to you it happenes , our car has some issue we said in next hour , our team will come and said appologize however you cancel and we accept refund you should be fair and tell us thanks for refund back in few minute , we are respected comapny happy travel
