- If the Nubian Village tour cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30$ USD per person.
- It is available to pick travelers from Aswan west bank hotels with extra 10$ USD per person.
- It is available to drop off travelers at their Hotels in Luxor west bank with extra 10$ USD per person.
- If you are travelling in a group and wanted to have yor own room, then do a separate booking for a single person.
- If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will enjoy one triple room.
- If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person.
- You will need to pay all the entrance fees by card except the High Dam and motorboat to Philae temple in cash.
- Passports copies are required for the cruise line company and Abu Simple trip permission.

I had one of my best trips ever , i spend amazing 4 days , that will be always remembered. All started with Heba who had the kindness to get in touch with me two weeks before my trip and answered all my questions , until we reach to our first day in Aswan and met our wonderful tour guide Ahmed who was the master of this trip and enchanted us with his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. Ahmed went above and beyond , and made sure that we were happy through all our trip time , shared his incredible knowledge about each please we visited in a very smooth and harmonious way. Thanks to Ahmed i learned a lot about the ancient Egypt and the wonderful history of Egypt . The crew on the ship were exceptionally kind and helpful. The tour was amazing, thanks to Heba Haggag's fantastic help in planning everything. She was always there for us, making sure we were happy from the moment we arrived until we left. Our guides, Mohamed Wafa and Ahmed Mahdy, were awesome. They knew a lot about each place we visited and made our visits really interesting by sharing lots of details about each site. It was like learning something new and exciting at every stop. The Nile River cruise offers an incredible view. Egypt is genuinely breathtaking and a destination you shouldn't miss. We were helped by Heba Haggag - she is the operational manager of the tour company. We were very pleased with her attention to details regarding our whole trip. She knew that we were traveling with a 4 years old, so she even advised the clothing we needed to pack for our child. She made sure that we had a premium room on the upper deck so that our journey was comfortable with the child. Our Egyptologist was Mohamed Wafa, he was very knowledgeable and gave us detailed background about every site. I will highly recommend this tour and the conpany. I always believe people working in the tour company makes a difference and I would say Heba is certainly that Iron Lady who is behind the scenes to provide an excellent service.
We did this tour in November 2023 and I can not recommend it enough!! Everything was absolutely amazing: The communication with Heba was great. She answered all my doubts via WhatsApp before booking the tour and then followed up all the time during the cruise to check how things were going and to keep me informed on how the next days continued. She made sure that we had a great guide in each of the tours. During the first day in Aswan and the 2 days in Luxor it was only the two of us with the guide and in the other temples there was only 1 more person, so practically private for us. Our guides were: Michel (Aswan), Mahmoud (Abu Simbel), Mahmoud (Kom Ombo and Edfu), Sabry (Luxor). All of them spoke perfect Spanish and knew a lot of the temples. Special mention for Sabry who was an absolute expert on History and taught us a lot. The boat we got was MS/ Crown Emperor Nile Cruise. It is the largest one of the Nile, and it was really good. Very clean, the food was really good and the staff was so kind. My wife is a Celiac and before every meal the chef would explain us which were the options that she could eat, and they even made gluten free bread for her for the whole stay. In our case, we didn't do the Nubian Village nor the hot air ballon. All in all, we had a fantastic experience. The price is not the cheapest but the difference is not huge and you get great quality cruise, food and tour guides.
